This have lateral chest press only. Limited chest workout. Less leg workouts. For calf raise can't do with weights. Overall ok for normal routine workout

Tricep pushdowns/extensions are shown at 0:38, which could also be performed with different cable attachments such as a tricep rope.
Shoulder lateral raises can be performed with the low pulley point (exercise not shown, but low pulley point shown at 1:55).

Where is the shoulder press?!
A shoulder press can be achieved by leaning forward while seated and simply using the chest press movement, although this is a slight compromise comparing it to a dedicated shoulder press. We have also had customers use the low cable point and cable attachment to do a kneeling cable shoulder press.

On this Machine you can Step away from the Machine a little bit while doing upright rows to adjust an a gle and it will be safe and you will even target rear delts a little bit in that position.
Assembly by myself was not too hard. I took my time and followed the diagrams. I particularly like the pictures and names of the exercises organized by muscle groups on the front of the ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxKJHyBZ9I1py9vVi-XLpEBg0y-qmdhn3q . Considering the number of exercises it has a relatively small footprint. I needed a machine that was not too tall because I only have 79" headroom in my cabin and this was just over 78". It is easy to use, seems to be well made, and I am pleased with my purchase. I am doing upper body muscles on Monday and Thursday. Lower body exercises are being done on Tuesday and Friday. Not using it on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. I am a reasonably fit 66 year old man and this is a great workout.
