Hello - Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Can you please do more ABC videos. I think you forgot to do the follow-up on brain fog (Wich I suffer from). I think this technique offers great help to people, but with the limited Chiropractor doing this technique, lives a lot people without help.
There are no words to describe how important this is for many people, not just here in US, but all over the world.

URGENT QUESTION: This explains perfectly with the same logic for laser diodes in terms of follicle penetration right? If it penetrates the follicle deeper with laser diodes, then that's the better and more effective choice right? Or would the LED's effect the hair follicle on a different level... Spits kind of a one-two punch for the hair follicle, than the laser diodes penetrating deeper but the LED's penetrate at more of a surface level and spread out like a flashlight to cover more all around. Is that sound true or not Doc?

Absolutely. The trick to growing more hair is to stimulate the follicle yes, but more so is to re-establish new blood vessels to feed the follicles. I'm using the lasers on my head now and am seeing nice changes even at 7 weeks in. There is one laser cap out there claiming they use 70 lasers instead of LED's. It looks like they might be telling the truth because when I see their commercial on TV and the camera is looking inside the cap, you can see speckles in the camera that I think proves they're lasers. It's just that the power levels are going to be so low that they might not affect beneath the skull which is a key area to get. The lasers I use get about 6% of the laser energy past the skull. In fact, I can't use it too long or my eyes start to feel strange due to the brain exposure. This is actually good for the brain as long as I don't overdue it. The brain loves the photons from the lasers, but if I go for more then 8 minutes or so I start to feel that so I stop. Not sure if you'd get that effect from the laser cap or not. If not, even after say 20 minutes, then I don't think they're powerful enough to do much beneath the skull. Plus the cap is $3000 on Amazon. But it still might get plenty of change.

Exactly thank you so much! 1) So would the black laser cap types that claim on the expensive one to be all "medical grade" laser diodes but are they any more effective in terms of the power maybe(the $3,000 one)? Or would he helmet that has less laser diodes and LED's both be better and more effective Doc? 2) What role does the " NM" play in LLLT and is that also an important factor in feeding the follicle again like you said?? P.s- sorry I just like to ask questions I was a "curious" college student Doc ha-ha.

@@kiduswardsnowden_bd Photons from the LED's would interfere with the lasers so laser only and don't cross the beams. As for the nanometers wavelength. 635nm, which is red, penetrates really well. 405nm, which is blue, doesn't penetrate as well. Anything in between those two numbers would be either better penetration if closer to 635nm or less if closer to 405nm. These two extremes are at the end of our visual spectrum. Higher than 635nm and you're calling it infrared which really penetrates well, but has less energy per photon. Lower than 405nm and you'll reach ultraviolet which penetrates even less, but has a lot of energy per photon. So there's a trade off and 635nm seems to be ideal unless you're treating skin problems which does better with 405nm.

      1) So this listing I have mentions 5kW, what does that mean pertaining to LLLT Doc? 2) do you have an email to simply get better educated on LLLT so I have a better understanding?

I use it for treating tight muscles, tender spots, you name it. It's great for so many things you wouldn't believe it.

Jeff Aberle Maybe a video on that would be great. After all, what is a good tool if no one knows that exists or what it does.
Thank you, and have a wonderful weekend!.
