I haven't seen this for years - I do remember enjoying these transmissions when there was nothing else on. I wonder who wrote the Music? And how did the winner spent the £17,000 prize (Perhaps as a deposit on a colour TV - they were pretty expensive in those days)
Psychedelic Surfer Atlantic college Rib. The first of which all RNLI Ribs are based upon and still carry the Atlantic name. We all know now how seaworthy a Rib is, but then it was a first of its kind.😊
Brilliant! Haven't seen this since I was a child - probably '70 or '71. For some reason made a big impression on me. Thanks to whoever posted this.
Wonderful to see this film again. The trade test fims were always enjoyable. Thank you for sharing it.
Thank you so much for sharing these TTCFs!
love that 'cut glass' accent
That huntsman was a real pleasure to see.
Magic ! I've been after a copy of this for years. Great early music by Jeff Wayne too. Now to wait for the fog and Avenger Too
Does anyone know who the narrator is? Google was no help.
FANTASTIC!!!!!
Great find, thanks
Sorry, meant to say it was called Pepe, home made car is about a guy restoring a car from a scrapyard.
Any chance that the Cattle Carters could be uploaded?
thanks again !

can anyone tell me the name of the song at 0:45 ?
It's called Ride the white horses by Jeff Wayne.
Wow this brings back memories. Ironically we didn’t get a colour telly until 1974 so saw them all in black and white.
the one with the typical english people drinking tea by the road while on holiday in france circa 1950s60s is called "homemade car."
Shame about the Union Jack being upside down (2:45)
