I live close to San Francisco and it has XDE40s,XDE60s, XT40s, and XT60s and three XE40s, nearly their entire fleet are Xcelsiors with the exception of their 30 footers
The XDE60s are 9400 like the Orion Vs that’s used to be on the 29. TTC looks like it might get XE60s as there tend to be more NewFlyer buses than Novas in each order.
Wilson yard they go new nova hybrids mt Dennis yard got the new flyers regular and articulated buses just like McNicoll yard got some new Flyer articulated buses as well
@@AlexGetsAroundTO You're welcome, also did you know that today is the OrionVII 3G EPA10's first day of service on Queensway? There are a few of these buses that moved from Wilson to Queensway recently yesterday.
@@AlexGetsAroundTO Hopefully not, also some of these 3Gs will not only replace some of the remaining 80xx OG Diesels, but also be supplements for the Novabus LFS 33xx rebuilt program. The 3Gs that were supplements for the 33xx rebuilt program will later move back to Wilson after all 33xx at Queensway gets rebuilt and repainted (they'll get red backs just like the other Nova Diesels).
@@AlexGetsAroundTO I don't know when to catch one as I'm a Queensway local, and the closest Mount Dennis routes for me are the 32 and 79, but I don't use them
If you try to take the 32 one day... (As Alex said in the other comments) just stop at Dufferin then maybe you will find one... if you don't it's not the end of the world, you'll still find some..!!
Kinda funny how 9400 & 9401 were delivered before the rest, yet they haven't entered service as yet but the other units after them have already entered service.
Very nice! Vancouver also has identical buses with the same BAE powertrain and still has the new bus smell! Does the TTC ones also have a transparent roof hatch in the back as well?
Nice video! I agree about new flyer being better. Here in Halifax we have 2010 and 2012 Nova Artics, they're not bad, but our 2016 novas and newer are absolutely horrible
Gotta love New Flyer buses!!
Agreed

Glad they're finally starting to enter service
I haven’t ride that bus yet, but I’m hoping to catch one someday!!
I saw 9432 earlier on the Line 2 Shuttle just outside Royal York station
Well done Alex! Excellent video. Enjoying the content from your channel.
Thanks!

@@Alt1229_Transit I disagree with the change but hopefully Wilson doesn’t lose a lot of them

About damn time.....

@@ttcfanYT_RBLX ok
@@ttcfanYT_RBLX the only time I use the 32 is when I ride the 112 to Renforth Station

It took them long enough to finally commission them into service….now McNicoll has to do the same

Hmm I'm not sure
I did a ride video on this unit today on the 929
And that is where my older sister lives at Eglinton Ave West and Dufferin Street
Wow, this is the Dufferin bus? I never thought it would be so empty.😀🤔
Yeah this was on the 29 route, and it was half empty for much of the ride
nice

I also found that new that it says 9410
?
This bus looks like the buses that OC Transpo uses here in Ottawa.
OC Transpo doesn’t use XDE60s but have XE40s so they’re still similar
@@cbright76 OC Transpo only has XE40 Xcelsiors and D60LF & D60LFR articulated buses.
Does the guy u met in the beginning have a YT channel?
I have no idea who he is
@@AlexGetsAroundTO oh
I made a funny community post of our "CEO"
does the xe40 come in the morning
They’re doing all-day runs, check the 29/929 Dufferin for now
I kinda don’t like this XDE60 for me LFSA are my favourite epic Engine sounds
I respect your opinion
