I'm starting to believe that cryptid hunting is just an excuse for people to let off some steam by going in the woods at night and screaming at the top of their lungs.
Slightly off topic but, I saw one of those 'fireball' orb UFOs 10 years ago. The man in the beginning of the video said he doesn't tell anybody about his 'Jersey Devil' sighting because they "wouldn't believe" him.. I don't tell people about my UFO sighting for the same reason. The ball/orb was larger than the moon from my perspective, extremely bright, stayed in the sky for about 3-3.5 minutes. No erratic movements, no sound, just went from one side of the sky to the other. I've never seen anything like it.. no drones, Chinese lanterns, nothing that looked like this. I saw it from the front, bottom and back (because of the path it took across the sky) and it was just light all around. It didn't flicker, it pulsed kind of. It also had a slight glow around it, not like a streetlight where the light extends far away from the source, it had a glow right along the surface, almost like a plasma. Not jumping to conclusions, but I have no idea what that thing was
Oh that's cool, so you have up to three camera people? That explains how to get all those angles. It was like, impossible not to see them in your glasses lol.

idk about that my family has seen some paranormal stuff and we all were born after the invention of the camera. hell i have a few old photos with something weird on them.
Actually the camera basically created a bunch of hoaxes itself lol. But maybe you mean cell phone camera.
I grew up in Mount Holly, NJ where everyone knew about the Leeds family and the Jersey Devil. Our high school mascot was even called the Red Devils. Appreciated this story!
I’m related directly to the Leeds, Daniel Leeds is my 9th great grandfather, so it’s absolutely amazing to hear the true story of my ancestors on one of my favorite UA-cam channels! There’s a ton more lore I’ve heard from my family about it too! Thank you for sharing dude this is awesome!!
Life long south jersey resident here, this made me smile
One claim in this video is indisputably true: among cryptids, the Jersey Devil is under-appreciated and underrepresented. Maybe it's because in SoJ we have a lot of fun with it. But thanks, Channel 5, for going where other UA-cam journos don't
I mean, they did win the stanley cup 3 times but have definetly fallin off since then
Tucker Upper's deer cam caught footage of a critter with mange and he ran with it.😂
You’d be surprised what’s in those woods…
@@tuckandsammie yo it's himm
I love how into this role Andrew got compared to the last video. You can tell he’s excited!
19:45 You guys ever see videos where people are creeped out because they hear a bunch of weird yelling noises coming from the woods?
came from the Tucker Upper channel & im in awe of all of this. Such a great video 👍🏽Thanks so much!
Finally Andrew is back to reporting on the real important stuff
Thank you for uploading Andrew. This is exactly what I needed after my rough break-up.
it gets better man, keep on keepin on
Time will heal, you got this buddy
ahhh - smoke some weedz
Plenty of fish in the sea
hold steady for a couple of months and you will find some peace bro
I'm really enjoying Andrews new cryptid arc.
i have loved the coverage of cryptids, as it’s one of my favorite rabbit holes to jump down. thanks so much for all of this!
My new favorite bedroom phrase is "perch on that thang". Thanks guys
While the whole world is distracted we have Andrew dedicated to his craft reporting on the real world.
Thank you for bringing back the outro scream.
hahaha 9:10 is giving ghost adventure vibes when strangers didnt fuck with the show😂
I want to live somewhere that's so boring that I start making up bs lmao. I normally don't like ridiculous stories, but the production of these segments is absolute gold. 5:25
"Thank you so much, professor; I appreciate your time"
Prof is a great story teller.
As a South Jersey native last thing i expected was Andrew to be 20 minutes from me looking for the Jersey Devil, absolutely love to see it and i think if your from this area you’ve heard the story of the devil at least once in your life.
I went to the International Museum of Cryptozoology two weeks ago in Portland, Maine. The timing on these uploads have been perfect.
Spoiler: Chris Christie is the Jersey Devil and the cast of Jersey Shore are his children.
LOL
Andrew’s aesthetic in the last 2 videos have him looking 25 and 45 simultaneously.
I think that might be the next trend
Doing the real journalism the main stream is purposefully ignoring... thank you sir.
Dude gave them gifts and blended right in.
Amazin
I'm starting to believe that cryptid hunting is just an excuse for people to let off some steam by going in the woods at night and screaming at the top of their lungs.

I feel like we're playing the Rorschach test over here with those treeline photos.
21:46 - "We had a very successful night. We did the blood thing on the tree. That was successful and disgusting."
Fully digging the new era. As a New Jersey resident I’m so flattered😊
Andrew, can you and the team investigate the Mothman next?
Y’all will never unsee this.
Videos like this remind us of how well grounded and unhinged we are. An odd breath of fresh air.
the passion and the seriousness got me
As a South Jersey resident (Atlantic City), I approve of this video. 😂
4:35 making it up as we go😂
You would think he was there first hand, what a story teller 😂😂
Nah that’s more less the story I’ve been told for the past 20 years. I love the jersey devil story and I can’t wait to pass it down to my children
😂
That group of NJ people are legendary
