Sheku, thank your for making all these very interesting and sincere videos about China. I am glad you enjoyed what China has presented to you. However, I cannot help but reminding you and maybe some audiences as well, about expectations of the friendliness of we Chinese people. I have heard you mention Chinese people are willing to pay for your meal or transportation a few times and Julius (I am not sure if I spelled correctly) also brought that up in this video. This is of course a nice experience to have but I don't want any one to expect, forage or ask for this to happen. I often tell this to my foreign friends that Chinese can be both hospitable and xenophobic. Take this analogy, we are a family that welcomes others to visit our home but that doesn't mean we also would like them to stay. We can be extremely tolerant knowing that you are a guest but the tolerance runs out if there are too many "guests" who are identified as not leaving. In many cases, we treat foreigners even better than our own citizens because we are a collective society and a society that sees numerous impact from Confucius. Many of us consider whatever we do in front of foreigners as potentially influential to the image of the entire nation, so we tend to politely take the honor of the host and show our better selves even though we are not government officials or public figures but just the most ordinary citizens. This is also partly why Harvey, who is going to make a family and stay in China, in one of your earlier videos expressed some uncomfortable feelings about being treated too well and didn't recommend random foreigners to come. We have a rather high standard when recognizing anyone as fully assimilated into our society. After all you have to know it very clear that unlike many western countries, China is not a nation of immigrants and it is still one of those countries who accept the least immigrants per year. We don't feel like being one either. As long as China is not super deficient in labor immediately, changes to that in the foreseeable future is very unlikely. Foreigners in Guangdong and Sichuan provinces have started to become a serious social affair that is being discussed online. A considerable population of people with dark complexation in Guangdong is statistically linked with more frequent illegal immigration, offenses to historical moral standards, etc.; while Sichuan, known for being even more open to foreigners and especially those with backgrounds in subcultures than the more developed costal provinces/cities like Shanghai and Shenzhen, have seen more drug issues which should have been virtually eliminated.

Correct, China economy is NOT collapsing. Your observation "on the streets" of China is absolutely in line with the economic data. That's is not "the end of the world" for China, but it IS a problem that must be managed and overcome.
This just shows the greatest advantage of China. Japan and Korea just lack such a huge domestic market that they can't compete with China in various industries (many of which Japan and Korea were previously dominant). Now the global economy is depressed, but China still performs better than his rivals. Regarding the competition between "scale" and "cost", I can't think of any other country that can compete with China.

China is having economic troubles for sure because of its unnecessary long COVID-19 closed down. Yet they could take this opportunity to correct the long overdue housing bubble and allow the collapse of the industry to reflect the confidence of things being under control. Slow down of China's economy hurts the economies of other countries. I am watching out for investment opportunities in China when it shows signs of rebound.
