- I am absolutely speechless. Sunny's new doll is such a huge improvement from the original Sunny Madison doll released in 2020. Luna's new doll is a refreshing new look but I think I still prefer the original! What do you think? Let me know!

I’m still mad that they didn’t give Luna the bodysuit in her original design, she probably would’ve looked a lot less underwhelming next to Sunny if she did have it.
I wish that Luna had some bracelets and rings. Maybe a black choker. Her details are great and I miss the body suit as well because it would have been interesting to layer with just the skirt or just the bustier. Maybe some long fingerless gloves that attached as sleeves to her t shirt with straps.
Yeah, even if she had leggings , maybe a jacket , that would help .
I wished Luna’s style was as quirky as Sunny but edgy and dark. I want to see hair clips, safety pins, more moon motif accessories for her.
When you said "Rapunzel Sunny hair" I was like "Sunny already looks like Rapunzel: golden yellow hair and green eyes"

when you said you're shocked more people don't love Lunas original little black dress I was like "FINALLY somebody gets me!!" I have 4 of her dress and I'm always circling who gets to wear it because it's so goddamn cute
This line has greatly improved from when they first launched. I don't like any from the first series. But they are now the best playline doll on the market. This is coming from a mostly Barbie collector. In less then year I managed to buy 20 of them, all of them 50% off or more.
The brows and lack of highlight makes such a difference to Sunny’s face, if they ever re-released the original dolls using the way they did sunny as a blue print I’d be more inclined to buy the ones that aren’t just my favs (sunny and skyler)

I’ve heard that the updated “original face mold” is Priscilla’s Perez’s face mold, you should compare sunny to her and see if they’re the same lol
I love them equally because unlike most RH twin packs, these two are opposite complimentary, and like it kind of represents how we sometimes wanna dress cute/fun *like sunny* but other days we feel like dressing darker/chic *like Luna* y'know?💛🖤
i think the gems on lunar earrings are meant to be moonstones, witch is cool because it matches her name

I agree so much. They really stepped their game up so much since series 1. I didn't even think rainbow high dolls were cute when they first came out, but now look at them! They really are the doll equivalent of the saying "Be careful of who you make fun of in middle school"
It's gotten to where I've completely switched from Monster High to Rainbow High they've gotten so pretty😂

I bought the original Luna reduced a few days ago. I could not believe how beautiful she is when I unboxed her. Her dark grey colouring looks fabulous with silver. So gorgeous and I love her dark moon vibe. Her looks match her name so well.
Sunny's perfect and I need her 🥰 Luna's fine, could use a jacket or something, but I like her hair and she looks more expressive than the old Luna, though that might just be the uncovered arched eyebrows. Sunny looks sweeter, Luna looks perkier.

I’m so excited for these dolls! I love both of them as characters and as sisters but I don’t own any of their dolls just because I don’t LOVE any of them. But this 2 pack is soooo perfect. I think I’m gonna make a shelf centered around them ❤
I thought the Jr high sunny was her ultimate form but omg the designers have managed to go all out with every detail this time! I plucked the bangs off of my original Luna and I liked her much more that way so I’m glad to see she has been levelled up too! These girls are already available in the uk (in store at most Smyths stores) and I think £60 for these two considering their details is a really fair price 😊

I've long thought that Sunny and Luna love and care about each other, but feel pressured to not show it due to the school rivalries. Hence why they both call each other "the evil twin." Neither of them are evil lmao.
Lila's crocs also have the movable strap(?) thingie. it's just that sunny's are heels instead of wedges. i'm really excited to have both croc girlies one day!

The runway Sunny looks GORGEOUS. The raindrop jewels hanging from the umbrella- AHH! She is the best runway doll, and I’m not even gonna apologize for it. This new Sunny doll is the very first perfect Sunny, as well, and it’s taking everything in me not to buy her, because I am planning to get a runway Sunny, and I don’t wanna have 2 Sunnys, but I might end up just saying, “Who cares?” And buying her anyway. If you couldn’t tell, Sunny is very quickly making her way to the top of my ‘best Rainbow High dolls’ list. Also LOVE the shoes and hair on both dolls.
I'm living for Sunny's crocs. I wish I had never seen the video of the two dancing. I feel like I wouldn't miss Luna's body suit had I never seen that.

Sunny is one of the few RH dolls that you can leave her as you are not going to find a better outfit. The same is true for the Storm Twins. She would look cute next to my Deliah and my redone Harper, who I made into a sunny, happy looking doll.
Luna is wearing more of what I would wear, but I like both equally... Ok maybe Luna a little more
Not a fan of Jr High. I own most of the RH and SH dolls (not the Halloween or Jr High though). I even rebought series 1 as a pack at Walmart to get fully articulation at head and neck. Sunny makes me want this pack. She's everything.
They actually brought back the shiny faces because the new Runway dolls have them.

This 2pack of the Madison sisters has changed my mind of both Luna and Sunny. Luna has made me want to go back and see if I can get SH S1 Luna. Sunny has made me wanna get her runway look. I love this 2 pack.
I absolutely i adore this sunny it captures her personality and style so well (which is my style too) but i never see my particular style in a doll and i would wear tf out of this

I was honestly hesitant about getting this 2 pack for a long while now, simply because Luna seemed so underwhelming compared to Sunny, and Sunny's make up in the promotional pics and advertisements looked a bit too strong for me at first glance compared to her previous dolls(like a drag queen's). I've sadly yet to see them in person, but your video of her here is making me change my mind about getting them since her face looks a lot softer in here.

I love them so much, this is defo my favorite Sunny by far, there is not a single thing I don't like about her. Also I think her bag is supposed to be inspired by the Moschino Teddy bear bag 🐻. I do like this Luna as well, especially her shoes, they are everything I adore them 💜. Also I always thought the shade of purple used for her eyes is the most beautiful purple ones they've done. I think I like her dolls equally tbh I'm still undecided.
This Sunny is amazing. Luna is okay, i like her more than her og at least. Saw a bunch of people saying they wish Luna had the bodysuit featured in the tiktok dance video. Idk if that'd really put her at the same level as Sunny, but it at least would've given her a bit more visual interest to her. Maybe if Luna had more chrome accessories like a necklace and bracelets.
I saw so many people complain about the og faces extreme highlighting. I thought it was cool as a unique trait of the brand. id be fine with the more subtle allover highlighting coming back, but i doubt they will...at least in this economy lol.

Yeah I like Orig luna better too, the new one blush is too strong for me. Plus I always love bangs. IMO the orig Luna outfit one was perfect (it different, havent been done, and the shoe are some of the best shoe ever) but her 2nd outfit wasn't very good. I feel Luna just finally got the 2nd outfit she deserve from orig doll.
I personally like Luna, but I would put her first doll in this dolls outfit because I like the basic Luna better.

Almost everyone that I imagine you’re referring to is asking unless it’s a launch event gift like Shadow High series 1 was.
I guess it doesn’t make people feel as special and elite to say they asked… that’s always been my guess. There’s people in this space that are breaking the law and not even saying they’re getting PR/ free samples to review though. It’s a WHOLE mess :(

Even if I have to ask it doesn’t change anything major. Though being hand selected and asked to do it instead does feel pretty special in a different way.

almost one hour just to talk about that? i'm sorry, i didn't knew that in 2023 adults people would philosophy about dolls. I like dolls, but i'm not sure it would help humanity if superficial things would be more seen that real authentic and important things. When videos like that become popular, it completely change the cultural, intellectual landscapes of society. It's easy to see it, when we see what's most popular on youtube. It's not intellectual subjects or intellectual music or artistic things, it's superficial and empty things. Because it's more comfortable to people to whatch dolls or funko videos than to read philosophy. I'm not against the inner child (i'm completely connected to it), but this notion become more and more superficial (as this dolls are) and infantilize people in order to make them overconsume and buy superficial products, for commercial reasons
