My grandpa plays this song on his guitar and sings it to me, because he knows it’s my favorite out of the ones he likes to sing. But since he is getting older, he can’t play it as easily anymore. So I learned it, and I play it for him now so he can sing. This song always brings me to tears. ❤

The thing I don’t get is I always closed my eyes and I was in love with my sweet husband until he passed away too soon. It’s been a year and I realize I will die a widow because no one could ever fill his shoes. I live with such wonderful memories of our 57 years together. It comforts my heart to know, he will always be near watching over me. Of course it’s impossible to know until you make your journey there, but if it’s possible I know my sweet Sammy is watching over and praying for me🙏
