Have you noticed the Hobby Lobby grapevine wreathes are smaller width wise and smaller in diameter?? We moved so out with the old faded decor wreathes. I wish now I’d have kept one wreath plain and taken it for my new peacock wreath. I guess now they are keeping the prices the same for smaller and thinner round grapevines. No size in between the 16” and 20”! I learned a lesson on that one! All the wreathes no matter what diameter we’re a lot less wreath for the same $$! My peacock ribbon was the inspiration to the wreath but I just bought too many picks for the smaller size even though the wreath turned out gorgeous. I’m definitely taking this idea in different colors etc. it’s BEAUTIFUL!

I have not seen that difference in stores. Sometimes they’re better, sometimes they’re worse. Their 10” grapevines are definitely thinner, though. Glad you liked the video! Thanks for watching!

I was shocked as I haven’t had to make a new wreath in over a year then with moving, I had no storage for all the seasonal wreaths. If I’d only taken one wreath, taken the stuff off and taken it. Wish I could send you a pic of my latest one and show you the big difference. Typically, in today’s economy you pay just as much or more for less.

Thanks so much! Both kinds of ranunculus are from Hobby Lobby and so are the eggs. The other florals are from different wholesale companies. I have one bundle of those left in my Etsy shop if you’re interested. It’s the amount I used in this wreath. www.etsy.com/listing/1446389031/

I learned how to make fresh wreaths from my grandmas, and took that knowledge to make faux floral wreaths. Also lots of self teaching and learning over time.

Oh yes, good quality faux florals are expensive! But they’re so pretty and they look fresh!

How much will you charge for this wreath. And what do you put as the hook on the back? And do you add moss?

I use a jute loop on the back. I can’t remember exactly how much I charged. I add moss sometimes if it needs it
