For those of us who have never used a Neff range top before, your instructions are sketchy and confusing 😕. It would, also have helped if you would have moved your camera over top of the buttons so we could see them, and if you would have identified the buttons, as well. However, I do appreciate your interest in trying to show how this range top is used. It is the most confusing I've ever tried to use and I'm 60 years old. Perhaps it's just me. 🤔😒
this helped me out on a very stressful morning ❤ thank you for being so helpful

This really helps. You saved the day in my new flat. I didn't realise I have to place the pot ontop to work. Thanks
This is exactly what got me. Going crazy for the last 20 mins trying to figure it out

It’s not just you. Absolutely ridiculously difficult to use. What a load of very odd people must design these things. Hopeless
Is the hob totally black when turned off? I.e. is the white writing printed on the glass, or is it back lit with light? Thanks.
Really helpful, but would be great to know what to do when the child lock is accidentally activated!
Hell me please god help us I haven’t eaten in 10 weeks
@@wwoooffwooff RIP 🙏 😪
I have the same problem, and to be honest I am baffled that anyone thought this feature would be a good idea.
Hold down on the lock button for 10 seconds
Thanks!
How do I unlock this induction hob
Hold down plus and minus together (same time) for 4 seconds to release childlock. Do same to turn back on All while the hob is off of course :-)
The pan must also be metal
I can't use mine, it's vibrating
Why does it keep flashing
Same as me. The numbers just go from 1-9 and flash. And then it turns itself off.

That is your screen Led on the hob and 50hz or 60 hz screens don't go well ;-) try to take a picture with your phone of a computer screen
Worst angle known to man, couldn’t see shit.
This is unhelpful as feck, they need to say that you need a pan with iron in it, aluminium won't work. Also the camera angle makes everything unclear
