Get notified via text of AC flooding and tripped alarm. no subscription needed

I programmed a RPi to notify me through text message if my water heater or AC pans are overflowing. it will also let me know if my home alarm is going off or my mailbox is opened. best of all, no subscription, you only need an Internet connection.
