True, they can be purchased by other energy suppliers, however, this way the producer of renewable electricity is receiving income directly from the competition, who is using non-renewable electricity. This allows the producer of renewable energy to get extra income with which to produce more renewable facilities while the non-renewable supplier continually pays this cost to competitors. This seems like a fair solution to incentivise the renewable electricity transition.

In this case, if the supplier is the aggregator and has multiple generation sources, he can easily sell non-renewable generation as renewable with REGO, is it not controlled? Maybe don't thoroughly understand.

So REGO is sold by power generators to the supplier so they can show consumers that they are green energy? As REGO are also available to sell separately, what if power supplier generate their power from non-renewable sources and buy these regos just to misquote their green and non green tariff.

If a power producer generates power from a non-renewable source, they're not eligible to request a REGO for that same power. Electricity on the net is always produced by a mix of renewable and non-renewable sources. Suppliers usually buy their power on the wholesale market. The REGO is purchased separately. The market for REGOs is separate from the real power.
