I love beef tripe though my family doesn’t prepare it with that much spice. Just salt and turmeric. And Uncle is correct. The honeycomb tripe is the most delicious. 🤤

Ok so add enough hot peppers and anything else you can find that's hot so you can't taste anything but hot and you have no idea what you are eating gotcha 😮
If you were asked to cook this dish, you would be helpless. Because you don't have enough spices and you don't have the patience to wash the ingredients for a long time. You have no respect for food!
I always wonder why people who eat pig a lot have tongue dan teeth like that. They( the tongue & teeth) are very different wth the normal one we had. Pale color and gapping teeth.
Didn't forget where he lives and lifestyle, he does what he has too, and Uncle doesn't run the channel, his son and family do, be aware and understand at least he has this channel, try to do better paying for his food everyday to give us a video, dare you to try lol love you Uncle
