POV: You live in these Terraria biomes ─ How safe and good are these biomes?

- A while ago, I made a short video, with an idea of finding the safest Terraria biome. Sure, Forest biome is pretty friendly to you, the Jungle is basically a green hell, and the Underworld is... well, what can I say about it. But say, let's examine some of those biomes and see which one could be the safest.

Fun fact, in the slime trading card from the Collector's edition, the description says every slimes originate from one single source, and destroying it would make all the slimes vanish from the world...
Well, said source has never appeared in the game.... yet.
a mod could very well add a boss that is that said source, a gigantic slime (bigger than king slime by a long shot), that has glimpses of colors of all the normal possible slimes, and it's name could be something akin to king slime, perhaps "Slime Emperor"
Closest thing we've ever gotten to that in modded would be goozma.

I belive that purifying Crimson is like cremation; you are burning the cursed flesh of it

I usually stick with the jungle biome since its close to the ocean for fishing and the amount of loot you can get in the jungle is quite nice
Try sticking underground too and if you know where to look the shimmer should be close
The safest place to stand in the open, that you will not recieve any harm, is prehard mode, daytime, non infected, normal weather desert biome. The only 2 type of enemies that spawn under those conditions are vultures, which will not actively chase you down, and those antlions that shoot sands, which cannot spawn where they can directly shoot you down.
For other biomes:
You risk damage from slime when stand still in forest.
You risk damage from ice slime when stand still in tundra.
Everything want to kill you in jungle, corruption, and crimson.
Even the beach is not safe, since goblin scout exist.

7:49 doesnt king slime spawn at the edge of the world sometimes?
if you're past EOW/BOC then king slime becomes free money
you do realize that he had footage of him getting 3 hit killed by hardmode slimes and if he is in hardmode the slimes he spawns are the threat not him if you aren't then he is a threat depending on the difficulty not everyone may have the same skill as you sometimes they get tired of the forest soo quick they move out get unlucky and die like enraged queen bee when you tp back to your spawn@@gsamov
I personally like spreading Hallow all over the world to ensure my NPCs have a place to live because the evil can’t spread to the Hallow
based on my exprience of building houses in each biome i do say :
Forest is pretty normal chill nothing bad but nothing good either (altough that one background with lake is sick)
ice biome is pretty "chill" once you build a home but make sure you connect all the homes since when it's blizzards it's awfull
desert to be honest there is only 1 problem i have with it . . . that damn enemy that shot blocks and ruins everything . . . other then that ? no desert storm is the worst thing even more so in hard mode getting attacked by sharks in the middle of crafting . . .
jungle ? hell no get me out of here i literally moved my house when i build it there after 2 days it's awfull
hell is i do say the problem is well the enemies namely IMP . . . and the bone worm guy if those even when you build a house it's just not it dude it's awfull but better then jungle still
space ? it's actually really chill up there if you have a way to ACTUALLY BUILD THE HOUSE. after you build the god damn thing the only problem is getting down which is ok after a while
ocean is i do say really good place other then the fact that . . . it feels lonely as there is nothing to bad about it
but all that said the actually best place is neither of them well it is kinda one but UNDERGROUND (just above the cavern layer and under the forest by abot 50-100 blocks under the forest is the best place ! like look you have access to forest and just a little lower is underground and the other best thing is literally nothing can hurt the npc's (other then destroyer if you are too low when you summon it) ehem nothing can hurt the npc's NOT A SINGLE EVENT is a bother and you can just build a HUGE arena on the forest above ready and let me tell you the hellevetor is a part of the house ! how good to have it close to you and also for getting in and out of the house ? easy just some platforms and use a hook easy going up and going doing just place rope on them if not just walk down man it feels so safe in here surely nothing can go wrong- (notices that there is no background) . . . i mean that can be solved with just a big glass wall right ? . . . that's the only main issue other then not seeing the moon or sun from down there if you care
