I would love to play storm type decks but the rope really keeps me from wanting to put in the dust. A system similar to Magic Arena's timers would be a great quality of life improvement.
Getting to infinite turns is significantly harder in a highlander mage IMO. It's not just getting to the combo (which is not that hard), but also you can super easily ruin it due to the random spells you might get, or the ones that fill your hand up.
I feel like you could take this deck, remove the Thief Priest cards, slot in the new Raza and Papercraft Angel, then things like Embrace the Shadow, Regenerate, Flash Heal, maybe even Desperate Prayer. I feel like with the right opener you can essentially burn out the opponent super fast once the cards they just revealed come out.
