Today I tried dis hair mask n I must say it is vry effective in just 1 use...b4 my hair were vry dry n whn I used dis mask it softened n smoothened my hair...

flaxseed gel don't suit me can you give me some other ingredient, my hair is healthy now, earlier it was damaged and i started oiling it regularly with my fav oil little extra coco onion hair oil, plant based, natural and certified. light weight oils mujhe acche lagte hai thats why i chose this and my hairfall started reducing, my hair quality was improving. but for a special occasion i need instant shine in my hair so can you suggest some other ingredient hair mask or gel.
Use alovera(one stick) and curd, i used it. It's result is very good
It's really useful, I have try this today only and i feel that it work on my hair. My suggestions is that everybody who are watching this video, should try this atleast one's 🤗🤗

I found this on net. "Can you reuse flaxseed after making gel? Yes, you can reuse the seeds up to three times after making the gel.
Even after you've made flaxseed gel from them, you can also save those flax seeds, grind them up with a little bit of flaxseed gel and create another mask! This mask will have a gentle exfoliating effect."
I resued the seeds 4 times and got same quality of gel and plan to make the face mask out of remaining. More sustainable way of using such a goodie! Hope this helps too. 🙏

@@nazhas5167 she used to put 2 to 3 table spoon of seeds in one glass of water at night and used to drink water in the morning... Along with seeds ... When u are eating seeds chew the seeds properly for digestion.... And also she used powder the flaxseeds .. and used in our daily foods... Means she sprinkles some flaxseeds powder in foods before eating... It never change the taste of food...

I don't speak her language but I think from reading the captions it goes like this:
Boil 1/4 cup of flaxseed seeds in a glass of water. Once the gel is released, mix in 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil. Let it cool. Apply to hair and shampoo oit after 30 minutes or so.
