I like what you are saying, however, your approach is wrong and would only benefit people who are already privileged. Those who are under privileged will not benefit anything because the status quo has not changed. YTo take a capitalist approach you must first have ownership of your economy - South Africa is not in that position. We have nothing to capitalise on. That is a brilliant analysis Prof. May you please tell me what is cadre deployment. My understanding the way it was initially introduced to us by government was about deploying all those guys and their children who had gone into exile. That period concided with the return of soldiers who were integrated into then SADF. I even remember coining those who had not been out of the country as inxiles while the returnies were exiles. @mikesham3204 no bhuti it hasn't, but also the DA hasn't been able to shake off it's back the idea of it being a "white party" even at that the one associated with Racism/Apartheid/Colonialism. Strangely though "white schools and Universities" especially white schools who even have a 100% white staff compliment are absolved of the demon of Racism/Apartheid/Colonialism that is apportioned to the DA, and it doesn't occur that a white school principal might be a branch chairperson of the DA, that I never understand. I wonder why a St John's College is seen differently, for example if "white" is demonic as politics seem to suggest
Hi jj. Please contact me asap about the land theft by anc led givern under false pretence. The issue involve goedgevonden ,welgevonden and nagel trust land.
Coalition means a directionless country because the parties coming together were not pulling in the same direction. The government of National Unity would be just a temporary stall. Things may stabilize slightly, but how long would that GNU last and whose direction will the country follow afterwards? Any benefits accrued during GNU cannot be attributed to any of the participants in the GNU.
If the current coalitions are anything to go by, it’s going to be a mess. A government of national unity will have a shelf life like a coalition but can at least look at the big ticket items that multi parties can find consensus on eg energy security, unemployment, healthcare and education. The biggest stumbling block will be who will lead to many egos and vested interests. The political parties will not agree to an outsider like the former CJ Mogoeng Mogoeng to lead.
Coalitions are not a choice, they will be a reality of no single party getting an outright majority. Coalitions can be very unstable or they can be highly productive. Most of Europe is run by coalitions and I doubt if a coalition in SA can be as bad the job done by the ANC.
Cadre deployment is problematic, it's a Russian concept and it has not even worked that well there. In fact, if you looked at the report on the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, Cadre deployment caused the problem. The man at the top was appointed by the Communist party and was not technical in the least. Worst of all, he did not want to make decisions that he thought might cause him to lose his position. He refused to listen to the engineers who had many years of hand's on experience, so time ran out before he made a decision and the reactor exploded. A major disaster that could have been avoided.

@@mikesham3204 That's your problem. You know very well that Mazzotti only paid for the registration of the party. That's in no way a structure. Nonetheless, Renting a stadium or buying T shirts is Not a structure.
Structures is having formal Ward based branches with ELECTED leaders and programmes of Action. EFF even goes as far as having Voting District Election Task Force Conveners and Coordinators. Those are structures. Actual representatives. "Ground Forces" as they are usually called. EFF exists in every Ward and VD in the country. From rural Limpopo to Blouberg in Cape Town. They have democratically ELECTED representatives. Not appointees
How many branches does BOSA or ActionSA have in Western Cape? Nevermind in Rural EC. Those parties will do nothing but eat into DA's constituency.
Having money for posters is not having structures.🤣
Your understanding of Politics is usually misguided by your hate and fear for EFF Mike. Leave emotions out of your work. You're a smart guy, you can do much better.
Prof JJ Tabane always on point . I can tell the host is a DA supporter 😂
it's obvious !
This time I disagree with Tabane when it comes to MK, I think he has been hanging around Malema for too long or his ambitions are with EFF and he has drank the Kool-Aid. MK IS CLEAN SWEAPING THIS THING.
He undermines the MK and I think that's dangerous. He is clearly an EFF supporter but he is also careful not offend the ANC.
MK is gonna make serious inroads in KZN, Mpumalanga, Gauteng and Free State. I don't see EFF growing
What a great interview..❤
Lavish lifestyle, corruption, cader deployment is all ANC is concerned about not what South Africans.
This is eye opening statement if there is non something is fishing excuses
JJ Tabane my favourite
There is hope..Great hope...makes my hair raise..🫶🏽👌🏼
🤞
As long as the Anc and Cyril Ramaphosa is still around nothing is going to change but what can still be broken they will surely do that SA is to relaxed and the Anc knows the people have got use to them being corrupted as it became the norm.thing.Mandelas dream has become a bygone lost.the Anc knows that.😯🫢🙆♂️🤦♂️👍
AnC will loose this time
EFF is not the solution,my fellow South Africans, introducing socialism into South Africa will have terrible consequences!!
Hy didn't you ask about what happened to cope?
Eff will shock alot of People
we are already shocked: at the animal behaviour!
Let them choose to be in denial 😂😂, it won't change the facts😂😂
@@expose_massive_banking_crimecall them whatever you want...but facts remain.
@@roskydk7174A clear indication that democracy doesn't work because nobody can police the idiot who puts up his hand to vote.
I do think the Eff might surprise Mike and other liberals, by the way am close to deciding who to vote, ANC/DA/EFF aren't part of that unfortunately.
Nationally IFP is very small, I do think the fight will be between DA and EFF at 18% there about. ANC 43%
This may happen. I am also unsure whether the official opposition title means much in SA. It certainly hasn't helped the DA.
I sympathize with your view.
If you go and look at the coalition it will work. They already sort out their problems and adopt a model to get the country working again.
What a great podcast well analysis ✅✅✅
Thank you for your kind words, we will keep them coming.
Well done!!
JJ - Brilliant
Cadre deployment is problematic, it's a Russian concept and it has not even worked that well there. In fact, if you looked at the report on the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, Cadre deployment caused the problem. The man at the top was appointed by the Communist party and was not technical in the least. Worst of all, he did not want to make decisions that he thought might cause him to lose his position. He refused to listen to the engineers who had many years of hand's on experience, so time ran out before he made a decision and the reactor exploded. A major disaster that could have been avoided.
You got it JJ...👍
I knew you will go for the jugular 😂😂😂
Well said JJ!!
Was this recorded before the establishment of MK?
Mine is
ANC 43
DA. 29
ACTIONSA 18
EFF 5
In one of the Podcast....Proff Tabane said Pres Ramaphosa is going to resign but he failed to elaborate on that note....
He did, he said he was tired.
Great interview thank you 🎉
Thank you for your kind words. We have a lot more planned.
Anc will be finish when the money of our country is finished, as long a black person has money to buy bread it's not finished God Almighty help us
It's already finished. They are now spending our children and grandchildrens money by getting SA deeper & deeper into debt
