Lane Kippen needs to get his priorities in order……stay at Ole Miss and turn them into a championship team or head on down the road.
No don’t fire Kiffin. Kiffin may not have that huge win but he has really brought us up and I don’t want to see us go down again. To be honest don’t see us getting someone better

Should we fire Kiffen, No. Should we pull the new contract offer, yes. He isn't worth $9 million a year.
He is a good coach but not great. He isn't a great recruiter either. Our HS recruiting class is 9th or 10th in the SEC. 11th or 12th, once Oklahoma and Texas are added.
Unfortunately we will never rehire Freeze.
The real problem however is our fan base doesn't want to admit what the portal + NIL means and will mean.
To be truly competitive it will take $20 million a year minimum in NIL to get the players needed to be competitive and the top programs are going to be closer to $35-40 million.
No matter who the coach is, the fan base should be helping the collective build the war chest necessary to keep and recruit players. There should be at least 25,000 members of the Grove Collective. It's only $21 a month.
We aren't going to get there, so don't be surprised when Judkins goes to Alabama or Texas or Ohio State or Georgia because he can get $4 million a year and we can only offer 2.
Don't be surprised when we can only get 3* DL because we can't offer the 5* DL $1 million plus a year.
10-15 million we can get the players to go 6-6 and 8-4 most years with an occasional 9-3 or possibly 10-2 season, but we will probably never win the West, let alone SEC or national championship.

It's almost kinda scary that this kind of money is being thrown around to these players, 18 and 19 year old kids, isn't it? Hey I understand though and I certainly want Ole Miss to be competitive.

Bro I wanted to win the sec west this year and beat Alabama and lsu and go to Atlanta for the sec championship and beat state but you know we haven’t won the sec west or go to Atlanta since the 60s with Johnny vaught and Archie Manning and we should be like Alabama and lsu and Georgia but I want a explanation too I’m ready for next year we should be competing with lsu for the sec west next year
