One of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard, introduced to me by one of the most beautiful people I've ever known. Though we've drifted apart, this song will forever be almost too painful to listen to, but at the same time as essential to my survival as air or water. I'd never heard anything like it before, it was like seeing a rainbow for the first time. I can't explain the feeling it brings me - a familiarity but also the feeling that I've found something new that I've always been searching for, even though I don't know what it is. It's like it completes me or fills in some missing puzzle piece. The chord changes are heartbreaking, the last 30 seconds are an assault to my senses that leaves me with goosebumps and tears. I don't know if any of this makes sense or if anyone else will ever even read it... I needed to express this. I miss you, NE. Even though this is a sad song, I imagined us dancing to this at our wedding. I can still see it, feel you, smell you. It would have been the greatest moment of my life.

My ex boyfriend is gravely ill in hospital with sepsis and is unlikely to survive. This song always reminded me of him when I had a crisis in 2015. He seen me through my hard times and because of Covid I can’t even visit him. Please get well Tom x

The chord changes, the song structure, the guitar work.. the keyboard work... the delivery.
