Looks like a pretty nice neighborhood! Just my 2 cents, but I think you're making yourself look bad by speeding up the film. It's irresponsible to drive that fast, and I know you're actually not. You might want to consider the image of FF's (especially VFF's) that you're putting out.
The film isn't sped up, listen closely to the audio, especially the radio chatter. The reason it looks so fast is because of some combination of the camera's lens and it's position in the truck, it's been explained before in the comments of his other videos.
I can't find the link right now, but as Truthseeker had said, it is actually just an issue with how the video plays upon playback. It has to do with the lens of the GoPro, but the video is in real time as far as I'm aware. If I find the link I will reply with it.
its a fish eye style lens on a GOPRO which gives the illusion your going alot faster than you really would be, and theirs curvature of the front windows on the rigs so depending on where its placed you never know if its going to alter the view of the camera.
The "speed" is an illusion produced by the wide angle lens.
This scene reminds me of China Grove North Carolina Kannapolis Concord

I hope he/she made it!
What was the Morrisville call that came in?

Position in the truck shouldn't make a difference. I have no idea what type of lens he's using.

"People know that emergency vehicles drive fast for a reason,"
Ask a cop if they ever get questioned as to why they were driving fast....
