DeMeco's unwillingness to acknowledge the problems with the offense publicly is alienating him from the fans. That's not true leadership. A leader can be honest about himself and his organization.
Honestly the look on CJ Strouds face the last few games looks like he has given up on Bobby Slowik's offense... Ive been saying since week 5 or 6 we needed a change on offense but looks like the players have given up on him as well
Moving past the Fire Bobby recommendation: What was 'Meco supposed to do earlier in the year? There were no options re: the OL. It's almost like a couple of members of the OL basically indicated to Coaches... "Whatcha gonna do? Fire us? Embarrass us? All we gotta do is just turn our backs on a few plays and you're franchise quarterback is broken. Oh, and by the way, we know where your kids go to school." (I know this sounds silly.)
Make the heavy changes this week against a weak opponent so that you give yourself 2 weeks to evaluate and recalibrate before moving into the game against 3 stronger opponents!
I think you should look at the player management component to all of this. By managing the injuries the way they do , they’re signaling to the team it’s ok guys we will settle for our “divisional playoff game.” Big time c team vibes there. I understand you want to preserve your depth but not letting your best player dress after he was cleared for the lions is the most bs crap ever.

My theory is there may be some people who feel like they not getting paid enough to do nothing
The expectation wasn't superbowl or bust. The goal was not looking like a team that doesn't belong with the big boys in the divisional round. AFC championship game was the hope.
Clearly u start w oline coach. It takes him 11 games to figure out ol not doing good enough. Whether it is communication, individual technique or formation play calling. A good coach figures out strengths and weaknesses and adjusts to improve. I feel they are in denial. And negating it will make the problem go away.
Demeco needs to embrace his dark side/shadow in regards to his relationship with the team and coaches! Unleash the anger beast in controlled and strategic manner. Seriously, he's repressed by his need to to be a nice, uplifting, positive......Christian man (didn't Jesus get really angry with the moneychangers or some such greedy and corrupt man of people?)
CJ took a bunch of nobodies with no running game and made the Texans relevant. This is not a CJ problem!!!! This is a scheming problem that Bobby thought was going to work in his favor of landing him a Head Coaching Job!!!!!!!
@@scottgreen2042 Yes, they not only will never win one, they'll never play in one, or an AFCCG for that matter. PS - Last time a Houston football team made the AFCCG was.....???? Oh yeah, it was 1979. It won't happen again in any of our lifetimes.
@@Arthur_Foxache yeah you and the OG commenter can go ahead and hop on another teams bandwagon with that typa mentality. Don’t need losers with that mindset in the fanbase
its alright bro, you picked the wrong team to bandwagon that's on you just go have fun with the lions or chiefs and if the next game they lose I'm sure you'll enjoy your new favorite team the next week
Honestly the look on CJ Strouds face the last few games looks like he has given up on his hologram offensive line... Ive been saying since preseason we needed several changes on the offensive line but looks like the players have given up as well

The coaches got too much praise...and it went straight to their heads.

I gave up on Slowik last year!!!

It’s been a weird cloud since like week 3 -4. Guys just not playing in sync
It feels like it was when diggs got hurt
They just need to have more fun.
😂
There’s no downside to allowing Johnson to call plays. Hell, 9-8 will win the division even if Indy goes 4-1.
Just feels undisciplined.

We need a real, proven offensive coordinator!!!
Our offensive line was better last year with 2nd and 3rd stingers!!!
I think Ryans mindset is "If the offense scores 14 points, that's good enough"
Fire Bobby
Because our offensive sucks we have wasted a really good defensive this year
Let’s take signs to NRG “FIRE BOBBY”

You should ask demec if davis mills offense was good enough lol
Was you seventh grade coach Diddy?

They should had made the change after the L last Sunday.
How can coach see clearly and still be blind? If offense was good enough we would have won. Weren't even good enough on first down.
Just sell the damn team already 🤦🏽♂️🫠
Texans will never win a Super Bowl. There is nothing positive about supporting this team. Just denial, anger and confusion. Let go.
Never win a Superbowl?
