Yes u can use either 91% alcohol or 100% pure acetone to dehydrate and prime nails. They both disinfect and dehydrate the nails alot better than kit dehydrators and primers. Done this before and it works. Make sure to push back and trim cuticles. Use a cuticle remover while doing this and be careful. Do not let product on cuticle and skin. Nails could lift. Also, gently file nail beds and file inside of tip and use dehydrator of choice. Read instructions as u apply nails, follow directions carefully.
