After watching a video on 'voice of the people today ' channel I'd agree, logo embossed in the side should be below the footbed, and the printing on the inside should fall where the arch of the foot sits and not in the heel.

Nice finds, those birks looked a bit sus to me, all genuine birkenstocks have the birk logo on the sole maybe they didn't show in the video
