Hi God bless you I have my osce booked, you’re such an inspiration.
Hi I have a one doubt.on the day of osce do you have to show your original documents.
What if there’s no credit/practice hours mentioned.
Is that going to be a problem or a simple degree certificate is enough.
Thanks

This is the link to the video
Please do you have a video on ANTT
No dear
Post op OBS are within 10minutes from theatre
30mins intervals for 2hrs
Hourly for 2hrs
2hrly for 2hrs
Then 4hrly therafter.
I stand to be corrected
Very wrong dear, the time interval for post op mentioned in the video is the correct one
Violet , Helen is correct refer to NICE guidelines. Some move from hourly to the 4 hours based on the patient
@Cha, sorry the 2hourly monitoring is for 4hrs and not 2hours.
Please violet, can you give me the full meaning of this abbreviations you used for the care plan.thanks
EMATARID

Please Nurse v am finding it difficult to understand Osce care plan.
Hi Violet, if patient was pre-op and then came back post-op when it’s time to write care plan. I know I can use risk for haemorrhage or risk for infection but is that acceptable, using two risks? I know the patient will be in pain but I will not have any objective data for post-op to use for pain. Thank you.
Yes
@@ogboiviolet83 thank you so much 🙏🏽♥️
May I know for the new OSCE can I write the re evaluation date as today, hourly or if clinical condition changes?
Hi dear.i have one doubt in assessment they will give pre op case then planning post op case?
Hi violet I hope all is well
Just clarifying care within 24hrs
for post-op if their is no report of pain what is another need we can use along with risk for infection.
I known there is risk for fluid volume deficit risk for hemorrhage
But you can't have two risk
Also post op for fracture
Usually it's pain and risk for infection
Suppose the person don't have pain
Can't use impaired mobility because they can't move.
Advice on second need for these care plan
Risk for infection
And risk for hemorrhage. Use this two
U can have two risks
Thank you
