There’s a spray cleaner called Awesome. It’s $1 at Dollar General. Sarah Miller from MillersHappyClass used it. It took the glue off my Silhouette mat overnight. Might work on that whiteboard! Thanks for updating but I’m so sorry about your toes! And car repair bill. ☹️

Your kids might be to young but for the pocket chart you could do a thing where you find “black” amount of words you could do a month or what ever and pick one and example to the class what it means and why you picked it and it well help them learn new words and presentation skills
Ask how much your mechanic is charging for the part and the labor. That seems VERY over priced. You can buy the part yourself and then have a mechanic install it. I wouldn't pay more than $75 an hour for labor. Prayers for ya.. Vehicle repairs are the worst.
Have you thought of maybe filling holes on dry erase board with some wood putty and then using that diy dry erase board paint over it? Just a thought. 😊
I used the wood look paper last year. I used gray border on one and turquoise on another board. I also had 2 boards I covered with fabric from a burlap curtain I found at Goodwill for 99 cents. I have used fabric on my boards for many years. It doesn’t fade as quickly and doesn’t rip or show staple marks. I store my borders in frosting cans that have the paper label removed. I just roll them tightly and place them inside and put the lid on. I snip a very small piece off the end and tape to the frosting can so I know what color is inside. They stack on a shelf or I can toss them in a tub or basket. They are curled when you remove them but when you staple the border down you can’t tell it’s curled anymore. I agree. I have to take all the staples out of the actual board too! 😅 I don’t mind being at school alone during the day. I just keep my hall and exterior door locked. I don’t like being there at night even though I can park about 10 feet from my exterior door. I hear noises and sometimes a toilet will flush or some other unexplained noise happens. I’m too scaredy-cat for all that!
I would move the donut border to the outside and let the backer border you choose to go on the inside of the bulletin board. (Basically swap their position) I think it would balance the board better 🤷♀️
In 3rd grade we used pocket charts for lunch count each person had a number and we put our stick in a pocket. It would be hot lunch, sandwich, snack pack, cold lunch, or home lunch. It would also say the options if the food up top
We had the same problem with holes and marks in a whiteboard and used whiteboard tape to cover them, it wasn’t perfect but it was much better than giant holes and you could still write over it.
rubbing alcohol will dry out the hot glue and you can peel it off.... from a teacher who hot glues everything. I use a cotton ball to put on the alcohol

I would do a solid pop of color from the colors on your carpet as the border under the donut border. Or even teal or pink if you didn’t want to do that!

The hot glue might come of easier if you heated it up a little bit maybe with a hair drier. Not sure but it might be worth a try.

A warm iron may also work to warm the glue to remove it.

im going to stick with either teal yellow or pink because my goal this year was to have only a few colors.
Is there a way to move your small group area to the opposite side of the room? That way you'll see the entire library area.
