Yeah I agree that licks is a straight up pen lick. And it’s easy to play slow, but at that speed and with that precision. Marco is so good at alternate picking it’s crazy. I cannot pick that lick out that fast. His speed and accuracy on that is ridiculous

Now that you mention it. It does sound familiar. The beginning of the phrase for the chorus sounds like the jam he did with Zendhy Kusuma. It's not exactly note for note but they do sound similar. Anyway Marco Sfogli will always sound amazing.
The 12th Hour, the other track available if you preorder off iTunes, is a total prog-fest and after a few listens, I think it may be one the coolest tunes Marco has written. I imagine the album will have a fair bit of variety, as usual with Marco.

The first time he picked up a guitar, he sucked as much as anyone else. But after 20k+hours of playing will make you seem like a natural 😆
