This all looks good until one thinks about the possibilities or consequences of the finished product. Now, I could be wrong, but with my experience of living upon Earth for 80+ years, now, I foresee something that may be a good thing or may not be a good thing. Over there in Cambodia (if I am correct) they get periods of rain, lots of rain in the rainy seasons. When the rain hits this 'new' rocky ground where most of the ground is very large rocks, the rain will perculate/filter through the non-rock soil and carry that soil into all the rock crevices that are greatly present everywhere from the dumping of all those rocks. The water is going to pull downward all of that top soil into all of those crevices, leaving nothing but a very rocky surface, much like a river bed where the river water has washed all of the soil away from the river bottom, leaving only rocks, usually very large rocks. Now, maybe this is good and maybe this is bad, depending upon the desired purpose of this fill area is envisioned to provide. Now, if they then bring soil fill to cover all of the rocks that were eroded to the surface, then that may well work...I don't know. Then, if they plan to build on top of that new rock plain and they have to dig for concrete footers and such, can you just see the problems resulting from that? All may be good, I don't know...I am just an old back seat driver...just waiting for the day that I die!
