    hard determinist here ... people are not necessarily morally responsible for their action, however we are a society and we have laws agreed upon by society these have been determined by society as proper and justice to create the correct actions. Every country in the world has created their own rules of justices. All of these rules have been determined and created throughout the history of the cultures. The moral knowledge that a person learn is based upon the person, upbringing and environment
