6:15 I appreciate his opinions on their dance choreography and how much "harder" he wanted them to go or for them to be more "into the dance", but I think sometimes dancers need to also remember (as he pointed correctly before), that they're "performing it" because that's what they're doing; singing live AND dancing. It is incredibly hard for Itzy or any kpop group with a rigorous choreography to maintain breath control, movement and sing all at the same time. Dancers can go hard in dance studio, because that's all they're doing, just dancing.
There were so many times where I was thinking, “If he’d seen the MV, he would enjoy/appreciate this part.” And good point about the hairography. It’s definitely ‘a thing’ and Itzy does a great job at it. (Of course, he spotted the main dancers and loved “the visual’s” hair! 😂 Too funny!)
the last choreo was soo much better than the other ones can't really put my finger on it, but many girlgroups in general have dances where there is just something missing in 'complexity' so it doesn't feel quite genuine (not that it isn't exhausting or clean) mafia tho is just so good
He’s expecting the level of dancing of the actual choreographers like YGX’s Lee Jung. He won’t get that with Itzy. They’re phenomenal dancers but idol dancers don’t go as hard as actual professional dancers. I know what he means but doesn’t mean the girls are not talented . ❤ itzy
@@Koko3op Itzy are not only focus on going full out, they are about details and synchronization. If you want to see their full out you should watch their concerst and other performances like award shows, they are not just dancing but singing live. They are not kpop representative performers for nothing😊
christ, i love mafia stage performances and the mv but i've never seen the dance practice for some reason - those lights are a nightmare?? i feel like i can't see a thing they are doing
Considering that ITZY has been around for 4 yrs now, and with the level of their choreography I think it's okay if it looks like they are going easy in the dance practices ( I don't agree with that assessment). Their bodies are in bad condition, and they should take an easy when they can. They go all out for performances and that's just fine for me.
I didn’t know how to word my opinion on gg dances and he explained it perfectly! They just don’t hit like bg dances(of course there are some but i mean mostly)
@@Koko3op based on this I'd say show him Loona, Dreamcatcher and maybe even Purple Kiss or Wooah choreo practices bc I think they definitely hit hard! I remember he loved XG
@@Koko3op I'm super late, I know, but Itzy isn't dancing to go hard. They're dancing with the focus on detail and precision, as well as synchronicity. They're tailoring their dancing to match the other girls in the group. If they "danced hard", minor details and synchronization are usually left out when one dancer is able to dance "harder" than the others. That's where you'll see the gap in one's skill level in relation to another's. In addition, the strength of someone's dance skills in choreography isn't about hitting each move as hard as possible. It's about musicality and knowing when to hit it hard and when pull back and when to groove and when to lock, etc. as dictated by the choreography.
I would love him to see Lesserafim. I love both group.I think Itzy individually are better dancer but as a group I think Lesserafim got the best chemistry as a group.

I feel like their dance practices they don’t go full out. But they’re stage performances and MVs are amazing.
appreciate the reaction 👍

Tbh Kep1er go hard and so do XG so I know ITZY can do it. Male groups do it too so maybe it’ll happen.

Dang he don't think Itzy are dancing hard enough... then I don't think any gg will live up to his expectations. Maybe Loona or XG 🤷♀️
It’s not that it’s not hard but rather to him it’s feels more like they’re “performing” it instead of hitting the moves hard.
