@AT - The minimum standard that SP gave was only one year of Guru and candidate getting to know each other, while disciple is chanting 16Rounds and following four regs. In ISKCON different Gurus may offer diksa sticking to this basic policy; over and above that, they may add more strictness based on what they feel is needed to make them steady. One Guru may give early diksa to someone and that candidate may become a first class deevotee. quite possible. ys Radheshyam das

@JATIN - Since we have a material body, make some plan to maintain the bodily machine peacefully so that your KC can go on. For that you need some profession to earn your money, unless you're a fulltime brahmacari. HK ys RSD
