Even better. I extended the room to 5x7. Place 3 tv's with 2 sinks and two table accordingly. leave the bottom row blank straight across. Now you can place four flower ( 51,00 $ ). Then same process and 204,000 $ each time. Just sell 4 flowers. Make sure you save some flowers to inventory in case you delete them by mistake. I hade only one flower at first so i did the trick and saved some. Once you are set up you dont have to reedo any walls or pieces within. just remove the four flowers from your table and repeat. GL

It is needful that you turn the wall in the middle in the room. Maybe you have forgotten this and it will help. It works until the sink is Red but does only Duplicate one time :( maybe It works for you :)

If you keep buying and selling the Japanese house several times and it’s inventory you will have enough money to buy an expensive architect home that has one of these sinks. Don’t demolish the Japanese house until you sell every room, that way expensive items go into your inventory that you can sell to gain a ton of simoleons
Ah yes ! I finally got it to work. As of Jan 23, 2022 - glitch still working. I was stuck on Level 7 and didn’t have the wall sink with counter space but was able to figure out how to get it. Thanks !
This has worked awesome for me but when I did it the other day with one of my silver life orbs it duplicated but when I put them in inventory they disappeared. I have no idea where they went. Now I’m afraid to do it

You can use high kitchen units for this also. As soon as I done it I sold the 2 items then closed the game app and opened it again to find I had over 64k of the same items. I end the app every time so I don’t need to keep rebuilding the room etc.
i just got this game and idk if the glitch is patched as of right now but i can’t put anything on the wall counters and there aren’t any sinks with a mirror. am i doing something wrong? or do i need to level up more i’m only level 7
The only glitch cheat that works for me! I have many rich houses now, but my town value decreases as I resold the items to get simoleans, my town value decreases from 2 million to 300 000 , now its harder for me to earn LP. So , this hack has its pros and cons guys!

It does and I don’t think there’s a way to prevent it, other than buying stuff back to bring it up but then once you sell the things it goes back down. That’s just something you’ll have to sacrifice for the glitch!

It's not working for me anymore, it's only copying one at a time ☹ luckily when I got those candles it was still working tho as that's the highest value item I've got to sell now. But I really wanted to duplicate a care bear teddy 😭
You can't have any of the item in your inventory if you want the 65k. If you already have an amount in your inventory then the part of code that glitches won't glitch since there is already an assigned number to that item. So sell all until you only have the ONE you're using to duplicate and it should work then.

After u get the duplicate item, don’t sell it but store it in inventory. I did it twice and then I had around 65,500 candles in my inventory.

Make sure the item you are trying to duplicate isn’t already in your inventory and see if the 65k works!
