I can't contain my excitement watching this. Really! She's my bet to follow lea salonga's success in broadway. Thanks waleska amd efra. I love this kid so much! Very talented ❤
@Casual Dude Dude, read his comment. Did he say Esang isn't good even before joining "The voice kids PH?" He's just informing them that she comes from The Voice, and of course, she was trained by Ms.Lea Salonga. What's wrong with that?
Esang chose Lea Salonga as her coach in The Voice Kids. She has since played little Cosette in a touring company of Les Mis in Manila and Singapore. Lea and her mom personally introduced her to Cameron Mackintosh. She played Matilda in a Philippine production of that musical. She is now 12 years old and is widely considered as the successor of Lea Salonga in the field of musical theater.
Esang was born on 2/12/2007, making her 14 years old. When she competed in The Voice Kids Philippines, she was 8, but looked years younger because she was tiny for her age, but undeniably talented. ua-cam.com/video/hHjmsEsid5s/v-deo.html
Many international reactors often ask what do we have in the Philippines for such talented singers. It's because as early as this age, even younger, children here are already exposed to music, some are already trained and prepared to join singing competitions. In almost every occasion there's karaoke, even in just happy hours and boredom, even when we're sad or whatever our mood is, we SING. 😂 Btw, I really love you guy's wardrobe coordination and fashion statements. 😊❤️
She was trained by his father until she joined a singing contest where Ms. Lea Salonga was one of the judges. From then on, she was further trained by Ms. Lea
ESANG is an extra ordinary talent. You have got to check out her performances on Your Face Sounds Familiar as Cindy Lauper, Lisa Minelli, & John Legend. I guarantee that you'll be blown away.
Esang joined The Voice Kids Philippines and her coach was Lea Salonga. "Salamat, Salamat Musika" was one of the songs she sang on The Voice. I hope you can react to her blind auditions on The Voice; she sang "Home". She was also a contestant on "Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids edition" and her impersonations were awesome, especially when she impersonated Cyndi Lauper and Liza Minelli. I assure you, Waleska, you are going to enjoy her performances. She also got to play Little Cosette in the Manila and Singapore runs of Les Miserables, after being invited to audition for the role upon the recommendation of Lea Salonga's mother to Cameron MacKintosh.
Esang is not only talented but has a God given talent. You can learn to sing but it’s different when you are born gifted. She is a star in the making. You should watch her audition on the voice of “Home” You will be blown away by this little Angel.
Esang made her public debut via her audition in The Voice Kids Phils where she sang "Home." Lea. Salonga, her eventual coach, was still out of the picture at that time, and the little slayed it girl like a pro, turning all the 4 judges to her favor. She now sings mostly broadway songs.
Mackie of TnT boys had a crush on her back when they were in show "Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids".. Esang was also one of the contestants together with the boys.

It amazes me how you both are blown away with all these kids' talent and so refreshing especially with your knowledge of music. We are so lucky as a country because this is more of a norm all these years.. I've always been amazed of all the talented kids that compete in voice kids and then they get a little bit of coaching and suddenly they soar even more! thank you for reacting to these talented kids!!!
I believe her Dad was her first teacher or encourager because he liked to sing too (not professionally). Esang has actually done theatre after her success in The Voice Kids. Although she didn't win, her talent is undeniable. Leah Salonga was her coach in that competition. She participated in Your Face Sounds Familiar in the same season as TNT Boys. Honestly, I think she's a Benjamin Button in wishbus LOL.
I hope you react to her again because this girl is really incredible. Her study is her priority right now. I know this girl will go far with her pure talent and her pure heart.
Her dad is part of a band way back and he trained Esang. After the Voice kids PH, Leah and her mom(Leah's Mom) trained her. Speak English with British sounds. Sings like a theater actor. She's now a theater performer with leading Role.
Those two kids, Esang and Sasa were both on the Voice Kids Philippines 2015 that you guys reacted in a two part series couple of weeks ago. Esang sang the song " Home " and when Lea Solango turned around she pointed at her and yelled You're Mine! She is now in musical and trained by Lea Solanga. Check her and Lea in a musical Matilda Medley.
I heard She is under training for broadway stage and Lea Salonga is one who help her after the voice season. 1 day we will see the outcome of the training. God bless Esang.🙏

Esang is a theater kid :) She played little Cosette when Les Mis was playing in Manila. So she does have a bit of training but also a lot of natural talent.
Hope you react to her blind audition in the voice kids, when she sang Matilda medley with her coach Lea Salonga and her Paraiso performance. This girl really deserve the spotlight.
Oh, another sign of how good kids are in the Philippines: The Voice has had waaay more seasons for kids than for adults ...not to say that adults are less skilled, of course ;).
Waleska your reactions are priceless, you are so true to your craft and your understanding of music and your passion for music is undeniable. Thank you for your continued support for Filipino music.
Esang De Torres came from a family of musicality, she joined " The Voice kids" PH, and coaches by Miss Lea Salonga, she is now taking the path of Lea Salonga in world of Theatre stage..
Your facial expressions when Esang first sings are already worth the like lol. The amount of talent and skill between those two young ladies in that bus is mind boggling. 💯

Esang joined The Voice Kids in 2015 when she was 8 and placed 3rd. She auditioned for Claude Michel Schonberg of a Manila production with international casting & was given the role of Little Cosette! She played the same role in it's Singapore run in 2016!
The girl besides Esang has this amazing husky voice. They were both together on the same season of the voice and also sang in the wishbus. You might love her version of If I were a boy. So I’m hoping you could react to it.
She actually played Little Cosette in LesMiz which is shown here and in Singapore just after her competition in The Voice. After that she got her first lead role as Matilda that shown here in Ph. And Lea Salonga is all the way supporting her even up till now.
She actually got those parts after the voice 2015 shes played little Cosette Annie and Matilda all after she was on the voice 2015 at the time she was eight years ol she is now 14 and still getting better
Well... due to the presence of karaoke, which is literally “every where” here in the Philippines, listening to children singing like regine’s mudic, is just normal here;) thank you for this RV.. Take care, both of you!
In the Philippines you can find many kids that songs as good as this once they are coached already by the professional but if their mother is a singer she can grow up singing profeciently and at the young age they are as good as the big ones. I think this girl is a winner in one of a talent show in the Philippines while at this age she has beaten bigger contestants👌 😀 🇵🇭
Can you guys react to Tawag ng Tanghalan Finals. You can start with Janine Berdin’s Bamboo Medley or Noven Belleza’s Air Supply Medley. Tawag ng Tanghalan is a singing competition in the Philippines. Also, TNT boys compete there. Thank you!!

At that time she released her first solo album, Ako ay Kakanta." In 2016, she had her professional musical theatre debut as Little Cosette in the Manila run of the musical Les Misérables.[5] De Torres played the same role in the musical's Singapore run.[6] In 2017, de Torres played her first lead role as Matilda in the Manila run of Broadway's Matilda the Musical.
You should also see her "Your Face Sounds Familiar KIDS 2018" performance of Barbara Streisand's "Don't Rain on My Parade". She's really meant to be in musical theater. A gem of a talent.
Ofcourse there are so many kids who can sang good around the world.. They just need the spot to develop and show it 😁 but I salute Philippines that they allowed they're kids and teach them brave to show their talent to the world 😇😇
She is the mini Lea Salonga of the Philippines, she is already grown up now and she recently played the role Matilda on the Philippine cast of Matilda the Musical. Her career is in the theatre industry.
This two talented girls is included in your reaction video of The voice kids PH ❤️ you already amazed by esang in that compilation video and sasa beside esang you said she has a potential in that audition ❤️❤️
One of my fave kids. She wss, I THINK, 9 here (I forgot). She was with the other winners/grand finalists of the concluded THE VOICE KIDS at that time. Coach Lea enhanced her wonderful talent and encouraged her to do theatre. Later, she joined YOUR FACE SOUNDS FAMILIAR Kids Edition Season 2. Her outstanding performances included impersonations of Liza Minelli and of Barbra Streisand.
Wonderful to watch her & listen. If you notice she really a Lea trained person--- just look at her mouth when she enunciates her vowels. Wow younailed all of the description of her voice etc, etc. ( tonality is one I learned today). Love you both. Smb

Next should be The Voice Kids Philippines! :)
