If it helps you can also use a cut up sock "sock bun" if it helps it's really simple :) but the thing she uses you can find in most pharmacies or shops in the hair section :)

when you do the bun instead of using bobby pins you could just use a ponytail holder

If you can not find a shinion you can use a sock. Yes, I said a sock. In the Marine Corps. to have our hair out of our faces during bootcamp we used a "sock bun". You take a knee high length sock cut the tip toe end and then just roll it into what looks like a donut. This method has been used for years. I graduated bootcamp in 2002, and females were using this method way before I even joined. I hope this works for some people.
