1. have any upgradeable arena wars vehicle in your arena workshop, must be stock version to start.
2. paint primary and secondary with custom crew color
3. upgrade vehicle to apocalypse or nightmare version- the crew color will now have a matte texture.
4. apply any pearlescent- done

You get the pure white colour from the rat truck that spawns near the beekers garage and you need to merge it to other car if you want it on your car

Yup, the merge glitches change, but the matte crew paint still sticks when you're building an arena car.
