@@AminazTvT the Malaysian version is without ham (pork) ya. It's wrap with parsley crepe not ham. Just sharing with you😊 that's why it's green on colour. The European version is wrap in ham but not Malaysian version. So I guess you can enjoy the beef wellington. Some people are too fast to judge even they haven't try or see the actual beef wellington in Gordon Ramsay restaurant Malaysia. But still I'm not saying is Halal la... They serve alcohol also so that dosent make the restaurant Halal. I'm here just to clarify the beef wellington is not wrap in ham or pork,it's wrap using parsley crepe.

When customer order the beef wellington then they will cut/slice it infront of you. The remaining will wait for anyone to order then they serve it till finish.
@@CFA28 it is freshly made. It won't take long for the whole thing to be finish. 90% of the customer there will order the beef wellington so just imagine after 1 table,they are off to another table to slice and serve you.
