After that was all Rimuru dealing with Clayman, then Mariabel, then Yuuki all of whom were already trying to make powerplays before Rimuru did anything. There was also Grandbell, but he was trying to help set Rimuru up to better protect the western nations. Afterwards was the Eastern empire under the control of Micheal and Feldway. Then after defeating the empire Micheal and Feldway decided to destroy everything in the name of bringing back Veldanava. Rimuru did cause problems (naming the primordials being a prime example) but most of what he did was in response to other people trying to destroy tempest as part of a larger plan.
