Alfred Drake and Patricia Morrison recreating their original stage roles for tv. Marvelous, and I would so have liked to have seen this clip in its entirety.
as much as the m.g.m film version was goo. It was also good to see the recreation of the original 1947 stage hit with Patricia Morrison and Alferd Drake, in spite of it surviving only in kinescope and black n white since this was the year of videotape and color broadcast ,but it's survival on kinescope is better than nothing.
