And those were just his personal preferences. We've been goin back and forth to El Nido, stayed in a cheap transient house 300/day(approx 6$) of a local and never experienced the power outage. I dunno where he stayed though. In all honesty, accomodation never mattered because you're out for the whole day doin activities.
Spider yes I believe it was updated already, though I still stick to 7107 out of habit because they're still discovering new ones I couldn't wrap my head on how much it would cost to explore them in a lifetime if possible. 😂😂😂
The people who made that video are seriously lucky to travel to those places. Most Filipinos have never been there (or haven't heard them), foreigners are more likely to explore those exotic locations because (not everyone) can afford it.
You won't have to worry. January-February are the best times to go to the Philippines anyways, in terms of weather. So you won't have to worry so much about the heat as Lost Leblanc has indicated here in his video. The weather will be perfect during these months in those southern islands. (Avoid going June-October unless you love rain!) I was in Coron a couple years ago in beginning of February and it was perfect! Definitely see Coron some time before it gets too overcrowded. Truly one of the most beautiful places on earth. (Do the island hopping snorkel tour.) Bohol and Coron would be a great trip. That being said, Philippines had been a long time no-so-known paradise (no so much nowadays) especially when you go visit the 'islands' down south. It's a total contrast to Manila itself, the capital city with crowds, hustle and bustle, and pollution. Worth experiencing for the shopping and history, but make sure you spend time in at least one of the island paradises down south. (If you just go to Manila and stay on Luzon, you will be wondering this is not the Philippines I had envisioned so scout some island destinations for sure, away from the city.) The destinations in this video are great examples... and there are more! Philippines is truly an amazing paradise getaway.
I don't know why people always say to skip Manila when traveling the Philippines. I actually find Manila interesting just like Bangkok and Saigon. Here are some places you could check out: 1. Manila City - Intramuros (Walled City), National Museums, Binondo (oldest Chinatown in the world), Roxas Boulevard, Manila Ocean Park, Paco Park, University of Santo Tomas (Oldest university in Asia) 2. Makati City - Ayala Triangle Park, Museums, Greenbelt Mall, Salcedo Weekend Market, The Circuit 3. Quezon City - La Mesa Ecopark, Quezon Memorial Circle, Parks and Wildlife, Eastwood City, 4. Taguig City - Bonifacio Global City (Mind Museum, Kidzania, Highstreet, etc.) 5. Pasay City - Mall of Asia Complex, Cultural Center, Star City Amusement Park, Aseana City, Harbour Square
That is correct. No 6. Alabang is catching up with exciting city vibe improvements. No. 7. Mandaluyong - Ortigas Center and close to Greenhills (San Juan)
Carlo Paguio because people in manila are all robbers dont trust anybody around you if youre a foriegner dont wear jewelry at all.....somebody just take it away even in daylight....good if you had a local companion or a tour guide....manila is not suitable for backpackers.
a local here from the top 5 of his top 10 best places to visit in the philippines, DUMAGUETE. Thank you for including our place (which is also considered to be top 7 of the cheapest place to retire in the world). Looking forward for the both of you to visit our beautiful country. Thank you so much for appreciating philippine culture, people, place and entertainment industry. 😂😄
If you will be in the Philippines next January try also the biggest festival in the country: Dinagyang Festival in Iloilo, Ati-atihan Festival in Kalibo & Sinulog Festival in Cebu.
Simple Information about "Chocolate Hills": There are at least 1,260 hills but there may be as many as 1,776 hills spread over an area of more than 50 square kilometres (20 sq mi). They are covered in green grass that turns brown (like chocolate) during the dry season, hence the name. The Chocolate Hills is a famous tourist attraction of Bohol.
Everytime I hear the word "No electricity" I know it will be a great adventure and will probably be one of the best memories you'll never forget. Just imagine the night sky, camp fires, horror stories shared with new friends... man, that's amazing.
I've been to coron twice and i would love to go back again! It's a beautiful experience going there..I don't know how to swim and i'm afraid of the deep water. But with the help of friendly tourist guides, i was convinced to try go down the boat with my life saver jacket...and the rest is history!!! I have never enjoyed the water in my whole life like what i had experienced in Coron! I greatly recommend it to anyone!!!
yeah its his adventure... if you go to the philippines... make your own memories.. we surely make out the most of it... our country has the most natural beauty and explore it... and you surely say that '' its more fun in the philippines'' , . . . love you have here
When I went to Borocay about 35 years ago, you had to take a propeller plane from Manila, land on a grass airstrip, take a catamaran to Borocay which at the time only had generator power and you could get a bungalo on the beach for just a few dollars - paradise. No 5 star hotels at the time - quiet and peaceful.
Pls. React to " KYLE JENNERMANN , (Becoming Filipino) finale 1 " pls thanks.. You'll find this interesting..pls thanks Kyle is a canadian came to philippines for any mission. We call him "Kulas" thats his name for us Filipino.
yes please...here he showed all the life in Philippines not only about nature...showed here the lifestyle...culture of different cities and different foods in Philippines....i love very much this #BecomingFilipino channel
Kyle jennermann is a sponsored guy...he tastes everything he see served to him and say "delicious! Lami! Sarap"...the guy doesn't have any opinion...he's highly questionable and not something you could trust as a traveler..
You both are adorable. If you guys are going there, the best thing that you will find out best is the people, filipinos are the warmest people that you can find in the whole world.
these are just ten of some of the most incredible places that our country can offer. we have lot of beautiful places here that you can visit from the extreme north of the philippines (batanes) to the southern part of the country . but aside from these places, we also have the one of the best, if not the best hospitable people in the world. if you try to visit the Philippines, you will not just enjoy the foods and places but you'll experience the best feeling like you are at home. people are so friendly and we will welcome you with open arms like a family. try it and you'll not regret it. come to the philippines.
i think you'll appreciate boracay more since its more city life but with beautiful soft sand beach and sunsets unlike the others, but its much more expensive. just dont go during seaweed season if you want to get the most of the "clear water". enjoy =)
I've travelled most of the places shown (other places also not shown here are better) and he was right on putting Coron as no. 1... It's not actually that expensive specially with food prices, we stayed there for 3 days 4yrs ago and until now i'm sooooooo glad to have spent our vacation there. It's a very good memory to appreciate creation.
bohol hills called "chocolate hills" not because it's shape like a kisses but when the season turns to summer the color of the hills turn to a chocolate color.. anyway thanks for your reaction you make me proud to my country..here's a tip for you if you were planning to travel in the Philippines....if an old woman calls you "anak" it means "my son/daughter"
The vlogger basically just toured around Central Philippines (Visayas) and Palawan. The Visayas region is home to some of the country's top tourists destinations like Boracay, Cebu, Bohol and Negros and most of his top 10 list came from this region. This region is easily the most accessible place in the country since there are regular domestic flights and daily ferry services between these islands for you to explore and visit. Palawan on the other hand is a bit far from the main islands of the Philippines but definitely worth the visit. It is considered the country's last frontier and is a protected landscape so you are guaranteed to explore untouched nature at its best. Unfortunately, the vlogger missed out Luzon and Mindanao, 2 of the largest islands of the Philippines since foreigners are only allowed to stay in the country for 3 weeks and that's not enough for visitors to come and explore all 7,107 islands so most of them will maximize their stay in one region for a year and come back the following year to do another region. Most likely, tourists will enter the country via Manila (Luzon), Cebu, Iloilo & Kalibo (Visayas) and Davao (Mindanao). If you're planning to enter the country via Manila then its best to explore the vastness of Luzon. If you choose to enter via Cebu then do island hopping in fun-filled Visayas and if you're planning to enter via Davao, then go explore the beauty of Mindanao.
Cebu- morissette's hometown. Our beloved cebu. Oslob, malapascua, bantayan, water falls and canyoneering in southern part of cebu. Pescador island, moalboal cebu is a must visit also. And Camotes island and many more..
yup a lot of beaches and waterfalls. My thing when I was in the philippines was hiking ang going to waterfalls. I've been to all the waterfalls in this video
this video is just where christian had seen.. if you wana explore philippines safe and sound, i must suggest u to have your travel guide, so u can choose places u want to visit with reasonable prices they offer.. check out travel guide companies and have less wories just enjoy ur visit in our country.
The last time I've been to Boracay the year 1989. It was not as busy as the present Boracay. missing those powdery kind of white sand. I hope one day I can visit the place again.
If your planning. To visit Phil . Try in summer so that you will enjoy what's the Phil. Offer you especially buracay and Palawan this place is the must to visit
The best way to travel the Philippines is if you have local companion. Its so easy to go around without getting rubbed and saves you a lot of time and money. You can easily get the best food and hotels at the cheapest price. You can avoid possible dangers and easily get Internet access around.
i've been to 6 out of 10 places (coron, bantayan, kawasan/badian canyoneering, bohol, oslob, boracay) in the list. there are sooo many beautiful (batanes, caramoan, calaguas, kalanggaman, etc.) & even more unexplored islands in the philippines! please do come & visit the philippines soon guys! ❤my top 3: coron, badian canyoneering, bohol 👍🏼👍🏼
when in Manila (capital city) you can have an hour and a half flight to Palawan (its where Nacpan, El Nido, Coron and the Puerto Princesa Underground River is located) you can stay like 3 to 5 days here (I'm from Palawan). Or you can have road trips from Manila to nearby provinces or cities that has beaches. But definetely I recommend going to either Palawan, Bohol or Cebu its only an hour and a half flight!
I've never been to these awesome locations in my country. I'll take my chance to visit them one of these days. Thanks for this vid clip. Are you two a married couple? You've got all nice reactions on all your philippine videos. Hope to see you around soon in my home country.
The Hundred Islands in the Pangasinan, Philippines is really amazing. You can go and explore each island. They have respective names and very unique. Some of the islands there are still on discover. Its so much fun especially wondering around with over hundred of islands near to each other.
These are just some of the places worth visiting. Most of the places in the list are just in the mid and southern parts of the Philippines. There's so much to visit in the Philippines and I myself haven't toured the whole country for I still need to save up and do a lot of research.
CORON is indeed a beautiful paradise. I'm local in Coron and we would like to invite you to come and visit the Philippines and there's a lot of beautiful spots you definitely enjoy and experience the warm hospitality of Filipinos.
if people want to go to Venice then they go to venice...not a fake venice...FYI, that Venice-like place has been replicated dozens of times in cities across US and even Mexico and south america...
why you so uptight? m not telling YOU to go, i just mentioned it. if you hate that place so much for whatever reason, then don't mind my comment. Twas not meant for you anyway :)
Ivy Lopez i do not hate that place..i actually used to live just a few blocks from the place...but to bring it up in the same sentence as the natural unique wonders we have like coron, el nido, bohol is just utterly ridiculous
if you are staying Manila, you can visit Intramuros (the old world Manila), or a 1-2 hour drive south to Tagaytay where you can see the smallest volcano in the world,, and if you want to experience and explore Philippine beaches which are just 3 to 4 hrs drive from Manila, check out Batangas!
You can try to search videos of great waterfalls in the Philippines like Asik-Asik, Kawasan, Tinago (in Iligan, the City of Waterfalls) and a lot more.
Those were just 10 of 7600++(and still counting) though. 😁😁😁 even us Filipinos haven't toured the whole PH yet.
iam Red yeah righttttt hahaha😂💕
yes that's true. a lot of so much to wander. not only 10.
And those were just his personal preferences. We've been goin back and forth to El Nido, stayed in a cheap transient house 300/day(approx 6$) of a local and never experienced the power outage. You got that right, I was just lucky to travel some because of the nature of my work lol
Thailand is good, but Philippines is best.. I'm gonna come again Manila..See you soon.. :)
thank u for choosing cebu!
lemwellc thank you 😊

Simply says:) it's more TRAFFIC in Manila, and some of people are trickster. That's it!
That is correct. No 6. Alabang is catching up with exciting city vibe improvements. No. 7. Mandaluyong - Ortigas Center and close to Greenhills (San Juan)
Vincent Alneid that's right! But there are times that traffic in Cebu and Davao is as bad as Manila's.

if people want to go to Venice then they go to venice...not a fake venice...FYI, that Venice-like place has been replicated dozens of times in cities across US and even Mexico and south america...
why you so uptight? m not telling YOU to go, i just mentioned it. if you hate that place so much for whatever reason, then don't mind my comment. Twas not meant for you anyway :)
Ivy Lopez i do not hate that place..i actually used to live just a few blocks from the place...but to bring it up in the same sentence as the natural unique wonders we have like coron, el nido, bohol is just utterly ridiculous
chill!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Nath Anter chillax ka lang. napaka-negatron mo naman. wala ng maganda para sayo..😂😂😂😂
if you are staying Manila, you can visit Intramuros (the old world Manila), or a 1-2 hour drive south to Tagaytay where you can see the smallest volcano in the world,, and if you want to experience and explore Philippine beaches which are just 3 to 4 hrs drive from Manila, check out Batangas!
that would be great,, to meet your fans
so cool if you would visit our country...
You can try to search videos of great waterfalls in the Philippines like Asik-Asik, Kawasan, Tinago (in Iligan, the City of Waterfalls) and a lot more.
I live in the Philippines. You will surely love it! ❤❤
