Thank you for making this important video unwatchable. There is no reason to put out of focus video where there should be a black border on images and video that doesn't meet HD standard ratio. BLACK BORDERS ARE OK. You will never make editor of the year in Hollywood because if you go to a theater to see a movie where some of or all of the video is not in the16:9 or what wide-screen format that the theater is using do anything but black borders. It is very distracting. It causes migraine headaches in quite a few people. My eyes want to focus on the out of focus part and by the time I get them to focus on the in focus the image has changed and back to the out of focus part my eyes go. Who ever thought this editing technique should be told this is a good idea.
