Which standard in mentioned require CCOE or PESO approval certificate for BS6 Vehicles.

There isn't a standard for this, but PESO has issued a circular exempting some heavy vehicles with BS6 engines from requiring spark arrestors. However, there hasn't been any certificate or official communication regarding exemptions for spark arrestors in light motor vehicles.
