Imo yellow is odd because I just think freezing is straight up worse than removing or destroying, yes you make that card not be able to attack or an objective for longer but its still there and you take the risk of it biting your ass if you don't do what you want quick enough, so it's a race against the clock really which yellow can't do reliably anymore since they don't have the big hitters (green still has monsters that can turn the match with a single card) or the ability to be the widest (topku now is better at that) and it's kinda fucked that yellow now has a meh mechanic behind meh units tbh
Yea, Yellow is the hyper aggro decks, which is why it freezes and not kills. It's meant to remove defenders and go for a rush kill, but lose in the long run because exactly it doesn't remove threats. And right now it can't reliably do that at all, it doesn't have the cards for it.
@@AnegorI think it’s the leader topku that needs a ban, kefla is quite balanced I mean without topku leader, kefla is actually a once per turn card already cuz it cost 4 and you more than likely is never gonna reach 8 energy with red to play 2 keflas, the leader is the op card here allowing for kefla twice per turn
Japanese Bandai twitter or something announced a ban list of sorts coming June 20th

Curious to see how the banlist update on the 20th will change yellow's performance, wanna take my yellow Vege deck to regionals.
Honestly something as simple as making Kefla once per turn would change things so much.
