in exchange for the items, schemes, and information she gives to ayano, she gets blackmail which she can sell for money! she also probably has another motive (yan dev actually said she was originally supposed to be the last rival, but that idea was then scrapped and the reason why would be a spoiler. i think that has something to do with the reason she’s helping ayano)

if anyone’s wondering, the text in the room saying “Info-Chan’s Room”. It’s probably there to help Yandere Dev when he’s updating the game. Labeling areas is always helpful.

One person was able to get a name on info's info page but apparently it is randomized... but it did also come up with the journalist's last name
@@xenaturner1244 Yep! when a teacher dies, they get replaced with a new one. same goes for Info-Chan, if you lower her reputation really badly, using the - key on her page, she will get replaced with a new info chan, except the new one will reveal her name.
Actually info chan is journalist's daughter but in the new update, if you go in 1980s mode, and spawn the spider lady and next click on info chan's picture, you will see journalist teleported to you so that means the game thinks they are same.
So if info chan witness a murder, she will pepper spray ayano? 😱

ANOTHER THING A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT:
1. Play / Watch Yan sim 1980s mode playthrough
2. When you get to the end, you get a timeline of what happened.
3. You get to know that Info - Chan is only 4 years old! 🤯
The timeline also tells another useful information, For example:
1. Timeline says that Ayano is going to akademi on 2024.
2. When you reach the end of the game, you will get to menu wich will let you choose between normal and 1980s. And It says:
'Play as Ayano At 2023. This game isn't finished yet, bla bla bla..'
So yeah. Maybe you can use this timeline on other videos, too!

Ik you don’t upload yansim videos anyway due to what happened, but I wanna say a fun fact about Info Chan.
She is related to the detective and most likely his daughter. There’s a glitch you can do (it may have been patched but I’m not sure) where you can gossip about Info Chan and the detective. Drippy on UA-cam did this a year or two back and they both have the last name “Ito”. They are definitely related to each other and, since Info Chan can’t be older than 18 and the detective’s tapes saying something along the lines of “I was young back then”, indicating that he was most likely around 20 years old, they’re likely to be father and daughter or maybe uncle and niece. However, it’s more likely for them to be father and daughter since he mentions a daughter in the tapes, too.

No at the end of the game info chan asks ayano to meet info chan at the top of the school rooftop saying that info chan has a crush on senpai after the talking ayano pulls out a knife trying to kill her but then info chan wins the knife fight by using a knife also
