This is similar to the "paga (ପାଗ)" we eat in odisha, out of these the only ingredient I've never used in a paga is red chilli powder. We eat this with pakhala or just plain rice. I call it paga many people have different names for it and it is of different types and by different types I mean you can also use other veggies like brinjal or boiled potatoes instead of tomatoes.
