@@case3270 I don't play WT, but as far as I understand, you're team can't be good or else they'd win before you have time to use the nuke.
@@JWQweqOPDH they haveto be shit enough for you to get enough spawn points, but good enough to not die instantly, same for enemy team
@@JWQweqOPDH Either a bad team, or no SPAA and aircraft, it is rather hard to spot a PE-8 and shoot it down in time when you can only see it pop over the horizon when it is about to kill you.

Sometimes you get on a team that is absolute dog shit and carry the whole match. Has happened to me more than once on a different gaijin game.
I played yesterday and lost 10 games in a row, literally. War thunder is the absolute worst for balanced teams.
@@NinjaBray I have been on teams that are badish not too bad but they push too much so when i am holding a entire line by myself and they fall due to pushing too far and getting killed I get 8 people pushing me from almost every direction sometimes i am able to run or kill them all but 25% chance ill just die from not being able to escape.

When you do more overall damage with the Pe-8 bombs but just drop a nuke to add insult to injury. “Unlimited Power!!!”

to be fair. PE-8 is pretty cancerous. It's basically game over as long as the pe-8 guy has basic knowledge of what to do.
So I can understand peoples rage when they get spacebared twice.
Take a BT-5, cap a flag solo so nobody else gets points, shoot something once and die. Spawn in a plane and fly so high nothing can touch you and drop nukes on your enemies that die if the bomb lands on the same grid with them. BALANCED
These dudes got spacebared 4 times in a row. Very epic. I've done 3x Pe-8 sortie before, but to do it fast enough to actually reach the battlefield with the nuke is insane.
@@blowbert9126 you can't get enough SP with just that for a pe-8 now, plus pe-8 is really slow so its easy to kill it from either the ground or by spawning in a p47 (of which the americans have like 10 diff variants to pick from, each with 3 1000lb bomb drops). the enemy team simply did nothing to counter the pe-8, do you expect it to just fall out of the air without the enemy doing anything about it?
I mean, fair enough, but I have to content with jets and me262s that can shred me at a moment's notice. If anyone tries shooting me down, I've developed a knack for using the gunners to pilot snipe, so it's not all "just hit spacebar", but I do agree. On the other hand, I've seen countless pe8's and never got bombed... Because I moved out of the choke points, or I shot it down
@@blowbert9126 Take M22/Puma/Sarc/XXX, cap a flag solo so nobody gets points, shoot something once and die. Spawn in a fighter and shoot the PE-8 down, latest on their second turnaround. Also, you have bombs and can counter the early airspawns.

I was "nuke grinding" with the pt76, and if I died in that, then I'd use the pe8 and other vehicles to attempt to win the match. I honestly never thought I'd get anywhere near a nuke with the pe8

The fact that your team was still losing after all those bombing runs just shows how st*pid people are in that game
Even if they weren't so great in tanks, the legends killed 5 enemy planes that had spawned in to get me, so I won't say a bad word about them. All the while cheering for a nuke. It was a fun game even without the bombing. :)

You see, you should’ve used the british nuke. Lancaster 12k pounder!
In all honesty. Most of my matches don't even last half as long. I really feel like Gaijen needs to make a longer lasting match. Something like Ground War from the old CODs. Maybe have the entire objective be that whoever gets enough points to call in a nuke wins. Think about how great this would be? Like grinding wouldn't be so awful since you can reuse the old tank over and over again.
The length of the match unfortunately depends on the number of respawns per player. That is why love griding WINTER/SUMMER on 3.7 French (and not only because it's very solid machine-tier), but because the games take long as people have usually plenty of researched vehicles and some crew unlocks to throw into the game, plus is very well stocked with players. I had a game this WINTER season where me and my squadmate got 27kills combined out of 56 our team has gotten and it was not a roflstomp game. We battled this exact map up and down. I put the kills there just to illustrate that the enemy team threw 56 vehicles at us. That does not happen that much over the 6.7ish BR anymore.
@Not_Ambrose For me it depends. I quit as much after my 1st spawn or 2nd and being killed right away without moving anywhere, as I am willing to use backups to get my 6th in, anecdotally I would say these two extremes are the same frequency to me. Rest is neither here nor there really.
Thinking about it I think for me it's actually the 3rd spawn that is crucial, at that point it's either a spawn to get some RP and get killed, or a it means that the fight is very much on and I am having fun.
Don't even think throwing trash in the war thunder highways somebody is gonna be seeing all of this
