You know, I'm a firm believer in everything happens for a reason and there are no coincidents. Sometimes the Universe has far greater plans for us and to help us maneuver closer to that path situations may fall apart, relationships change....the things that are no longer serving our highest good fall away. The hardest part is trusting in that journey. Lydia you are a master manifester!
Lydia the chat at the end very much resonates with me. All that you said is so true & you conveyed your points so well! My main motto has always been 'actions speak louder than words'. Whether it is my actions towards others or a particular situation or people's actions towards me - as is said talk is cheap. Regarding being sensative to a shift in energy - I consider myself quite a perceptive person & easily pick up on underlying vibes & maybe ulterior motives being present with people & situations. However I never say this about myself to others because I feel they will think Ihave a high opinion of myself. I am older than you & I feel with live & learn. I have more often than not taken the long route to do & have what I want in life. You stating do not be devastated at least not for too long & work hard at finding others ways to achieve all you wish is brilliant advice. Obvs you will never say this, but as a long time viewer I can - I feel envy in the form of jealousy has come your way over the years - unfortunately it comes hand in hand with success. I much admire that you have not let anything derail you permanently & stopped you doing a job you love.

Wow Lydia. The last 10 min chat was so powerful, so well articulated and so very inspiring. Sometimes we need to be reminded of not to dwell on things not going your way or set backs. The universe has something even better in stored for you. You have just got to pull yourself together and find it. I also love your originality in your content and highly respect you not leaning on someone's else name to get more clicks. And the best part is you are so true to your your values of respectful, kind, gratitude, care, loyalty, and fun.
Jenni Pakham Designer can I just say WOW. The cut of her dresses are so incredible, so unique. Her designs look like they were made for you. Often when we miss out on jobs or opportunities, it is earths way of telling you it wasn’t where you should be. Even terrible things that happen, if we keep an open mind to thrive and learn from each moment it will propel you to greatness. My son was Special Forces in the military. He was injured in a hostage rescue and lost one leg, and the other leg was paralyzed . Before his surgery to save his life, he said, Mom what am I going to do with my life now. I said we will help you get better, and you just need to focus on finding something that brings you joy. I won’t bore you with details but he went on to climb the highest mountains in the World with No USE OF HIS LEGS. Learning find our way in what seemingly is the worst of our lives, often is the catapult to changing our life, if we simply allow ourself to be open. Thank you for your amazing woman empowering channel. I wish more young women would watch you and less of the negative things.

Sometimes people as successful as you get passed on for opportunities like this because they aren’t moldable or won’t blindly conform to someone else’s will. They saw that you were the person who would make their own path and that was dangerous to their bottom dollar.

A couple of weeks ago I missed out on a big promotion, I basically interviewed terribly because I was distracted. I didn't prepare properly because I was focusing on a project that I was so so passionate about which has ended up being a great success. Even though that was a success I've spent the last couple of weeks beating myself up about it. I really needed someone I look up to like you to say something like this. I love this personal chat toward the end! As you were speaking, I was thinking about Jamie Lima Kern's advice!! Then you mentioned Loreal! Then you said "Big Mistake" LOL I love it! Such a powerful message! I love how she says "REJECTION IS GOD'S PROTECTION" and if anyone ever makes you feel left out or rejected, it's just the universe telling you that, that person or company is NOT a part of your journey. Things feel so discouraging sometimes, but it's because you're meant for something bigger and better and I think it's important how you mentioned not taking those discouraging moments and giving up or engaging in self-sabotaging behaviors. We must learn to cope in a healthy way with "failure" or rejection. I love these chats! Thank you so much Lydia!

Hi Lydia. I know you want to move to a period cottage in the Cotswolds but if you have a fear of spiders you might need to think again! I live in a listed thatched cottage and I’ve given up on clearing cobwebs from the beams as they are back the next day. Anywhere with beams you will find spiders living in them. I grew up partly in the Cotswolds as my dad lived in Charlbury and then Kingham. All those old stone houses are gorgeous but lots of spiders! Sorry. No scaremongering just giving you a heads up! This is life in an old house ❤xxx

I am actually feeling something similar with a big affiliate linking company that many creators use, that host an annual conference that is invitaion only. I wait every year for the invite that has not come another year, but it, at times, feels very clicque and they invite the same creators every year. I needed your reminder of what I have been feeling in my heart, and that is to not put all my eggs in THEIR basket!
