How can anyone not like this....we must be born again! Jesus, God's Son is the only way to get to the Father. Bless His holy name forever!
This is a great video but I believe it is because of God working through Anthony Burger who is sadly missed now but oh what joy I am looking forward to when I get to heaven. Anthony certainly gets Bill Gaither and his crew of singers going. What a pleasure to watch. Thanks Bill for keeping the memory of Anthony alive.
I'm Pentecostal, and I love this song and everyone in that room. Especially when they're all standing up worshiping, I love that. There are numerous people on this video that have all crossed over to the other side. Can you imagine how crazy they are up in heaven, singing, shouting. My mom and dad are there, my grandparents, different loved ones. This world is in a horrible mess. But no matter what happens, my Jesus Christ will always be King!!!

The negative influences of this world are designed to make our heart sick through emotional & physical pain resulting in a given person turning to music as one source of comfort to the body. That INVINCIBLE DIVINE be our HEAVENLY FATHER, WHO THROUGH HIS SON’S MISSION HAS INSPIRED believers to write songs that sing of HIS LIFE GIVING LOVE to deal with emotional & physical pain, economic instability, mortality and the emotional instability of others with the motive of winning over souls for HIS KINGDOM. The melody & theme of HEAVENLY music is hateful and intolerable to the devil, a spirit which causes us to be blinded of the effects of sin and is responsible for the woes of this world such as melancholy, anguish, tribulation and trial. These agitations of the soul create a heavy burden for the lost and could lead him or her to be hostile of songs that sing about GOD’S GLORY. This makes it clear that we cannot win the spiritual battle by our own strength. Moreover, on earth the devil has no equal.
GOD has provided us with the ONE WHO CAN AND WILL LIFT the heavy burden of sin's guilt from a given sinner's heart if he or she (through faith) would open their understanding to Psalms (starting with the focus on Psalms 51:1-10 KJV), and hymns/songs giving praise to HIM for the purpose of being persuaded, converted and healed by the HOLY SPIRIT from within by transforming your body/temple into a meeting place for you and the KING OF THE AGES to commune as friends through the born again experience (repentance manifesting itself in a changed life). It is only here that the fears of tomorrow will diminish, the blessed assurance is given that you are HIS and HE LIVES. Once the blessed assurance is known in prayer (through the confession of wanting salvation from one’s sinful nature, combine with admitting that JESUS CHRIST is LORD and believing in one’s heart that GOD raised HIM from the dead to deliver us from sin's guilt) the world can never take it away because the world didn’t give it to you.

John 3: 3-7 where Jesus speaks about being 'born again.' This song, with many of my favorite performers, many of whom have passed on, just shows how exhilarating and exciting it is to enter into a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior. The happiness in the room and in their eyes!

Been a Christian all my life...but this song reminds me of what it means to live as a Christian, not just "playing church"...and Janet's voice...my Lord, what a blessing...Joy Gardner joining with some well placed soprano notes, and Jesse Dixon adding some gospel soulfulness...and the man on the piano and all the instruments and all the Gaither singers...stop me...I could go on and on!!! In my comment 9 months ago I expressed the overwhelming joy and blessings I received watching this vid. I felt joy again watching now, until I stumbled upon a link: the person whom I described in my comment as "the man on the piano" was the amazing Anthony Burger who died suddenly during a performance. How sad!

In all the videos I have watched, the late Anthony Burger did not use music sheets when playing the piano. He was truly gifted and enjoyed his craft ! Janet Paschal sings like a beautiful bird ! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😍😍😍. What a voice that the Lord gave her !

Who needs anti-depressants when you have southern gospel music? This music always lifts my spirits. You can tell they are having a boatload of fun just singing and having a great time. I wish I could be there with them. I imagine that's what heaven will be like.

I was raised in the church but went astray as an adult. Listening to the Gaither Homecomings has made my eyes open. Also I was touched with a sadness and reality when Anthony Burger passed away. I wrote Born Again in 1990. Janet Paschal was raised in the Gospel Assemby Movement. This summer I was visiting their national campground in Shepherdsville KY and Janet was the featured singer. I wrote this song 🎵 specifically for her and I gave her permission to record it.

I too was born and brought up in the church my dad being a holiness pastor and at one point myself a youth pastor but then things changed in my life now i`m a drinker and I really dont believe in heaven or hell or God or Satan, butat the same time I keep getting pulled back to listen to these old gospel songs very confused right now.

When I was rescued, (from prison), this is one of the first songs I heard. It started me on a journey and now many years later, I am planning a non profit to reach out to people to help them see that anyone can be born again. Janet Paschal, bless you and thank you. I am in awe with GOD THROUGH THE PERSON OF JESUS CHRIST (using caps as emphasis) even though HE IS TOO MARVELOUS for words, BEAUTIFUL BEYOND DESCRIPTION and TOO WONDERFUL for comprehension to make us never loose sight of HIM. Sincere repentance is admitting to wanting salvation from one’s sinful nature, JESUS CHRIST IS LORD, and the belief in the heart that GOD RAISED HIM from the dead TO LIFT the heavy burden of sin's guilt away from the heart. Later, I read and meditated on Psalms 51:1-10 (KJV) until I receive HELP from the HOLY SPIRIT to obey THE COMMANDMENTS, give GLORY to GOD and demonstrate repentance through deeds of sharing the GOOD NEWS ABOUT THE SALVATION OF JESUS CHRIST. Said deeds or works are recorded in HEAVEN with the requirement of not convincing anyone because JESUS CHRIST WILL DRAW people to HIMSELF, after LIFTING HIM UP BY HIS WORDS. In other words, my reward in HEAVEN will be based on the preservation of HIS TRUTH that draws to HIM people who love HIS TRUTH to be born again (repentance manifesting itself in a changed life). Therefore, the GOOD NEWS is not a popularity contest seeking to please people with compromise. Rather it is a righteousness contest seeking to please GOD without compromise with HELP FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT to distinguish from other beliefs. Given this, I need to be faithful in delivering the message of truth as CHRIST SEES IT with THE HOLY SPIRIT'S COMFORT & GUIDANCE to ensure I decrease as the message increases in a world that is becoming gloriously dark culminating in the language of my faith being triumphant.
