@myhonchosg I am wanting to know if u guys run kit versions of your trucks or modified RTR's and what electronics do u use as i am thinking of getting an Axial RC for very similar use and i want to know what best to use so i am not constantly replacing buggered servos, ESC's or other electronics. Advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
@danielfernandez870 it all depends on the mah(milliamp hours) capacity the battery. The higher the man the longer the charge will last, a 2500 man battery can last up to 35 minutes or more if you just cruise slowly like most f the trucks in this video. Hope this helped.
Talk about hitting some mud holes, wow!!! At the beginning(the intro) during the creak crossing. Think was a SCX10 that was completely submerged. I know you can pack your bearings, axles, gear case etc. with marine grease. Also can get waterproof servo, esp and transmitters but still.?.?. Do you guys Plasti Dip those parts as well???Would really like to know as i'm looking to build a scale truck. Great footage!!!
LOL... you really think real trucks can't go underwater? :D i've seen many videos of 1:1 trucks go fully submerged... :) the following link is one of the examples... ua-cam.com/video/ICKLGYs8CE8/v-deo.html
Some of the ready to run trucks come splash proof... but we would suggest you do additional waterproofing before you do any serious water or mudding fun...
Awesome trucks
the Axial rtr is fine... works great out of the box... just need to waterproof the electronics.. :)
Thanks bro. We are in Singapore. :)

My dad brother and I are looking into getting into these, are they ready for mud straight out or do they have to be water proofed/modded?
Some of the ready to run trucks come splash proof... but we would suggest you do additional waterproofing before you do any serious water or mudding fun...
Sweet thanks! Any suggestions on a starter truck? What about the Redcat Everest?
Haven't had any experience with redcat.... u can consider the Axial scx10 for a start... I started out with it and it's still going strong.... :)
Awesome I appreciate your time!
No worries. Keep RC-ing! :)
