    I truly appreciate you sharing your life with us. I’m 54 and I have always worked labor jobs until I started working from home and have a very sedimentary lifestyle now and my health is also taking a toll. I quit my job and am slowly getting back my energy through exercise and diet. There is always a way to keep oneself active. I also took on new hobbies. I can only go up from here.❤

    This was a great video and thank you so much for sharing about this. Be careful about your health, which i'm sure you've seen in all the other comments. I'm very happy that you found ways to destress and improve your lifestyle. Off topic from the video, but I really liked the all black outfit that you were wearing. It looked really good. Also I think that you could share some of the pictures from your walks on your Instagram, if you are comfortable.

    thank you. please continue to work on your health. i am too! looking after one's health is something that happens over a long period of time. i have made mistakes regarding my health (eating bad diet) however, it's important to use these mistakes as learning lessons. take care!

    In my experience i do meditation mindfullnes, and i focus my desires into my soul by meditation like programing my energy into my goals,so i do kundalini meditation about spiritual energy,Is like focus the mind to manifest our skills also wishes,and i see results in my life,so i also do yoga,but i was in a situation same as you and searching balance with the tool meditation as programing my self,was like revive my soul,so you must to revive your soul and make It work and you will feel better,so with meditation, friends,family,reading books,etc.,you must to wake up your mind and feel better.

    Is it funny to me to be seeing this video today, tomorrow I am gonna start the process for testing a genetic disease that has appeared in my family. It is a rare disease that has no cure and it gives individuals a very short and terrible lifespan, so naturally I am scared. It makes me feel guilty for not taking better care of my body and for not enjoying more things before. However, I will take this chance to start enjoying things more and hopefully everything will be okay at the end. I will also try to enjoy life in general in a more profound way. THis video is a very important reminder. Thank you Mr. Kaede!
