Before 1978 ,Article 31 deals with Right to property which is a fundamental right.
Through 44 th amendment 1978 right to property was deleted from fundamental right and it is reinstated in Article 300(A),which is now a legal right only.
Before 1978 Article 19 deals with 7 freedoms. One of the freedom was Right to acquire,hold and dispose property.Through 44 th amendment 1978 that right was deleted from article 19
Presently only 6 freedoms mentioned in Article19 .
