At the heart of EBC are the techniques developed specifically for use. Here, the starting situations such as access to the smallest space, passive resistance, transport of persons, use in case of personal danger of persons, the creation of handcuffs to call only a few things, to analyze and find suitable solutions were important to us. Even the objectives in action make it clear how important it is to offer a professional security concept. First and foremost, it is important to be in control of a person alone or in teamwork.
Almost daily there is violence and aggression against public security personnel and in the private sphere. In doing so, incidents involving the aggressors or causing injuries are often emphasized. For example, coping with aggressive situations has long been part of everyday life for security personnel.
EBC is a training and training concept developed by Peter Weckauf for the use of the Telescope Stick / Tonfa or Baton. EBC separates here the authorities area (EBC Law Enforcement) and the civil area (EBC civil). The main differences lie in the area of application (problem definition) and the order situation. Especially with authorities, the integrity of the persons in the foreground and not exclusively the self-protection.
